Great spot!

This home was so convenient to Te Rapa road which made it easy to get to where we needed to be in a timely manner and a definite thumbs up for options if we wanted to get take outs. We loved how it was gated the children could run freely, great for the children. We also loved the bathroom shower was a great way to wash the day off lovely shower head like a over all massage, bath tub was nice and deep, very relaxing for myself and the children they enjoyed thier wash up time too. We also found the beds were beautiful to sleep on very comfortable. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and turning on the gas fire for that morning warmth. Was awesome to have the opportunity to watch movies on prime video & Disney for the children. Would recommend 👌

The lounge sliding door had no curtains, but didn't really impact our privacy as the fence was high enough.

Nice space, mostly clean and modern. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, living room and outdoor space. Property has everything needed for a short stay!

- No BBQ as advertised - There were some ants in the kitchen which seemed to show up out of no where - Hard to work washer/dryer and no instructions for this (how to unlock) - No curtains/blinds in main areas which can create an uneasy feeling especially at night

Hosts were quick to respond. Location was great. Home was spacious, clean and had all the basic essentials you require. I would definitely stay again.

There needs to be net curtains to cover windows in all rooms for privacy and blinds/drapes in family/kitchen. These would also help keep the warmth in.

Peaceful and roomy

Great size and location. Nice and quiet.

The living area could do with some curtains, a couple of the electrical sockets were not working, and the washing machine involved some faffing with - it wasn’t entirely straightforward. Caught several cockroaches too. Those were minor things though - we really enjoyed our stay.

Almost perfect

This property is perfect for a group or family. Its professionally setup and run by very good operators like youd expect at a motel, very well renovated, parking is excellent, street is quiet, it has a/c, a lovely warm gas fire, an office in addition to bedrooms, even though not a new build, its the best weve had for our business group in a while. Ie 3 bedrooms, at the right price, with good parking. It will be great for a family too. Highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed home. The hosts had thought of extra touches to make the stay convenient and enjoyable such as some cooking condiments, games, heat pump and gas fire. It was excellent value, in a quiet location. Close to attractions (eg Te Awa mall) if travellers have a car.
