Comfortable home in a great location
Excellent location. Spacious property
Lack of welcome pack. Cupboards a bit bare. No instructions provided for any of the equipment. Patio furniture- one chair broken and no sunbeds.

Lovely stay
Beautiful spacious home - had everything we needed. Nice and close to shopping centre and other eateries. Beds nice and comfy, outdoor area was also lovely to relax in. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
The tv is not a smart tv. You’ll need a chrome cast if you want to watch Netflix or other tv/ movie apps on the tv. No power outlets in the bathrooms - not a major issue but just for those who like to use a hair dryer or straightener in the bathroom :) otherwise everything else was fine.

Good location, with lots of indoor space
The plates and cutlery were not clean. When we arrived the house had a strong musty smell that needed airing away. Kitchen white goods are old and troublesome.

Beautiful big house
Huge house, rooms are all spread apart so was great for our group of adults, with one room having an ensuite. Has wine glasses, serving bowls etc which was great for our big family dinner. Full kitchen with ovens, dishwasher, and has a laundry too with washer and dryer. Located 2mins from Chartwell shopping centre and about 15mins from the zoo. Nice quiet street with heaps of offstreet parking. Beds were really comfy and warm. Big dining table and a couple couches off the kitchen area, with a separate lounge as well. Leads out to a covered outdoor area. Could only have been better if there was a spa! Would definitely stay again.
An extra teatowel and dishwashing liquid would of been handy. Remote for the heatpump is behind the curtain near the double doors, took a little while to find it but worked great!
