House is good for large group.

Good size for our family of 7 adults. Beds are really comfortable. Great to have enclosed backyard for the dog.

The heating was poor for a large house during the winter. Heaters in bedrooms were helpful, but nothing in lounge, dining, kitchen area. Could do with more seating in the lounge too.

Spacious area for enjoyment for families to enjoy

Spacious and in a nice quiet area of Hamilton. Facilities and venue are of a high standard for comfort and enjoyment for families and pets.

Could recommend that the hosts provide a guest book to help with house rules and rubbish requirements. The oven also was very hard to use, had to read the manual in order to operate it only because it's a newly highly equipped brand.

Good for a group get together

The house is really spacious and the pool highlights our stay.

The house is looking quite old and worn out. Some of the lights are not working and there is a chair in the dining area with a broken leg which could cause an accident. It will be good to do some renovations.

Full of mould and pet stains. Would not recommend.

The pool is much deeper than it looks which was a wonderful surprise

The property is full of mold, on the curtains and ceilings of the bathrooms. Stains on most of the carpets except in the main bedroom and first bedroom where the carpets had been replaced the day before but the off gassing left us all with headaches for the entire trip. There was no WiFi for the entire stay. Found dirty dishes in the cupboards as well.
