Excellent location which is very private and close to town
There was some sort of smell within the property and surroundings. Not sure what it was but quite strong at times

Alot of rooms so can accommodate larger groups.
The outdoor area with pool and spa pool was great for the kids. Heating was very warm.
The overall cleanliness of the property was poor. Mold in the bathroom, cobwebs, mold around windows. Stains on bedding, dust everywhere. Very disappointed as the photos look amazing, but the house is tired. Cracked windows, broken curtains, and bed base in one of the rooms kept collapsing because the wood underneath was flimsy. The BBQ wasn't clean, and the yard needs some TLC.
