Horrible unhygienic and unlivable experience

The property was not as clean as it should have been. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere. The bottom sheet on one of the beds had 2 blood marks on it and that did not get changed till the next day although advised of on the first day. There was no air conditioning in the upstairs sleeping area so for the first 3 nights when we were there we could not be upstairs at all during the day and at night had to suffer and sleep in extreme heat conditions and sweat all night.

Accomodation was clean and good for a family of 5 with teenagers.

House was a great location and close to supermarket. Communication from the host was good. They made it clear there was slight damage to a door and table i the room and also to the front door.

Parking was abit of a mission for our ute.

Relaxing, comfortable & tidy accomodation.

On the Thursday & Friday nights there were cars parked on the yellow lines for houses 3 & 5, opposite 6 and it was very difficult to get into the garage.

The parking is quite small however it’s not built for big cars it’s a complex in saying that if the neighbours parked correctly it wouldn’t be as bad

Very disappointing, we went for a bday and to watch the rugby and left feeling disappointed.

Location was great

Unfortunately the people in the night before us trashed the place and the cleaners were still there when we arrived at 3 and could not get in until 4. The front door was broken, toilet seat broken, toilet rool holder broken, shower rail missing etc. This was not the hosts fault. However putting this aside the place was generally run down especially given its age, lots of marks on walls, carpet etc and general cleanliness was poor. The host gave us a $50 refund which was appreciated, but we did not feel this was enough.

Within walking distance to everything we needed. Very clean and tidy.

Had difficulty accessing the key from the lockbox. Previous occupant had been disrespectful.

Family roadie

The cleanliness was high standard. The property was perfect for my family group. Sleeping arrangements were excellent. Supermarket around the corner. Bonus! There were items for guest use in the pantry.

With sleeping facilities for six people it was disappointing that the couch sat three guests at a push and the dining table sat four. Two slice toaster. Mesh on the coffee plunger damaged.

Could be really nice if it was cleaned properly

Good location, and 3 good size queen rooms. Nice layout of the property.

Check was confirmed for 3 however cleaners were there until 4.30 so we had to wait outside. One of the beds had hair and dirt in it, another had 1 towel and 3 face clothes. The hand rail on the stairs was sticky and grimly and there was obvious layers of dust and grubby walls. It needs a thorough clean

I'm not sure there was anything to like

To be honest, upon arrival we were greeted with neighbourly cars parked all over the road where it was near impossible to get into the drive & garage. After finally parking my 10 year boy went to turn the TV on after taking our bags upstairs & spotted a vape under the TV cabinet. The little garden in front looked a mess, had cockroaches in the master bedroom as well as the main bathroom, also you need to be quite petite and small to fit in the ensuit bathroom. Beds were kind of hard, unless you really like the strong smell of curry I would stay away from this place as it was just over powering from, I'm guessing all the neighbour's Also the window in the main bathroom behind the toilet should be tinted not frosted, you basically can see people in the toilet & shower.

Lots of spiders inside, and on your alarm sensor so best to get rid of them.

Good location, short distance from restaurants and the river. Beautifully clean, modern and finished to a high spec. Very good value.

Smoke alarm battery went flat and started peeping at 3am and the other smoke alarm didn't have a battery in it. We couldn't fit our vehicle in the garage or the driveway. No bathroom downstairs.

We had an enjoyable stay, apartment has everything you need for a short stay close to the city.

Key access was simple and easy. Overall location to the city is good and easy to navigate. House was tidy and modern and has everything necessary for a short stay.

Parking was an issue for 2 cars as the spaces are so tiny, you cannot fit a large family vehicle into the space. But no problem if you drive a very little car. The key and keyhole need to have some CRC spray so that the key will slide into the lock easily - it's quite sticky. Easily fixed though. The neighbours are quite loud and you can hear almost everything through the walls.
