Comfy, cosy and close to town.

Lovely stay. Beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need. Very clean. Great location to be able to walk into the city.

A couple of sharp small knives would be great plus instructions for the recycling, but otherwise it has everything you need.

Beautiful place but as a light sleeper the road was too busy

Lovely place,..but.

Convenience of self checkin. Host was thoughtful and helpful. Room was comfortable.

It was unfortunate there was no water coming from any of the taps, toilets didnt refill at all, half way through the booking, no water to shower.the water that did eventually come around 8am was brown. Host was thoughtful to leave a jug of water in the fridge to drink. We wouldn't have booked if we knew That there was a water closure, as my partner got really unwell overheated, dehydrated, I had to take him to the emergency department.

Decent Stay

Host replies very promptly and got the technician to lend us a portable induction cooker for our stay. Place is clean and spacious, and has all the basic facilities one would need for their stay.

Only one room has air-con installed and host requested not to use them. A couple of things need better maintenance (e.g. induction cooker didn't work well, one of the dining room chairs seem to be broken). The room with the ensuite bathroom didn't have a door (it's separated by a curtain which will be blown open due to the position of the standing fan in the bedroom). There are a lot of dead fruit flies in the shower one day when we came back...

A beautiful, warm, comfortable and clean villa in a great central location.

It was so easy to check in—the host texted us the door codes. We were lucky to have the whole house to ourselves. There was a bath we didn’t use, but it was nice to have it available. The place was warm and very clean. We were missing one towel when we arrived, but the host came straight away and brought it to us. A lovely, beautiful villa! We would certainly stay again.

I loved the Villa and would definately consider staying there again if I needed accommodation in Ham

The Villa was perfect for my needs and the location was also ideal for me. The Villa was beautifully presented and the bed was a dream Great nights sleep. The communication with accessing the villa was first class and very specific which was helpful. The Villa was more comfortable than staying in a hotel or motel.

It is not that i did not like it but if there had been other people staying that I did not know I would have felt uncomfortable using the bathroom as this was the one door that did not have a lock on it.

Easy to communicate with the host. The property is in a great location, the house is nice and comfortable. The bathrooms nice and clean.

Clean and spacious in Htown

Warm home in winter. Quiet. Secure parking off the road and behind a high gate. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Electric blanket such a bonus. Plenty of bathrooms for all of us to get ready without waiting in a queue. We used the kitchen for a cooked breakfast. This home has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Pretty cool villa. Had an incident when a phone dropped through the gaps in the deck. Amazing gentleman came and got the phone out.

Really delighted with the location, the comfort, the cleanliness and the facilities.

We brought our own breakfast as it was not included but the kitchen and dining area was excellent.

Two of my group found that beds were too firm for them but the rest of us were fine.

Location great. Easy to find. Communications with owner clear, easy to follow. Very friendly. Advertised as whole villa, but actually individual rooms with private bathroom assigned to your room. Premises very clean. Off street parking a bonus for vehicle security.

Room for improvement

Pillows were fabulous!! And bed overall very comfortable. Bathroom was clean I also appreciated the ability to book on short notice. Owner was good on communications.

Other than an electric blanket on the bed, there was no heating in the room - thus very cold - especially in this loft room. I also believed I had paid for my own en-suite bathroom - which is usually part of the room - in this case it was separate with a further bedroom on the upper floor too - I don’t think it was used by others but it did mean that I had to go through 4 doors just to get to the toilet and return. I also expected to have some milk to add to a cuppa but although there was one small bottle in the fridge which was full - the smell from it was clearly that it had gone off :(
