Very clean unit with all amenities and short drive to Hamilton gardens and city center

Very clean unit a short drive from the city centre and the botanical gardens. Access to YouTube was great when the weather outside was cold and wet. Great washing machine enabling me to catch up while touring around NZ

Clean and Cozy

The house is an amazing place to stay in hamilton. It's clean, cozy, and homely. The bedrooms were great and the beds were clean and pleasant to sleep on. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you could want. Plus, the TV is a big one, so movies at night were very enjoyable.

The toilet in the bathroom was in an alcove with the towel rack right next to it. I am a tall guy so sitting on the toilet was uncomfortable and constricting

Mould is a health hazard

Unfortunately there was mould in every window frame in every room. This made us ill, but the host did not agree to a refund on an early departure. Booking.com had to intervene on the basis of our photos. After that we only received a minimal sum. Other issues: garden photo is not accurate (only tiny lawn surrounded by black fence); torn and grubby pieces of furniture; stained kitchen worktop with rusty drain; noisy aircon; dirt in fridge; dirty window panes with cobwebs; torn curtain.

A lovely property which provides easy access to many routes/amenities across Hamilton.

Fantastic location with easy access to all main routes around Hamilton, but very private and quiet. The property was clean, tidy and as described. A huge array of options on the smart TV which would cover all ages. Good shower & bathroom facilities. A good size lounge with comfortable seating and plenty of options for additional tables/foot stools. The kitchen was well appointed (only missing a coffee plunger - or we couldn't locate one). We didn't use the stove but it was clean, as was the spacious fridge/freezer. Would happily stay again.

While it worked very well, found the heat pump a bit noisy.

There was nothing I didn’t like. We didn’t really make use of the kitchen- stove etc but it was adequate although a little dated.

Cute, functioning household in prime location near gardens and close to local amenities.

The property was as expected and there are lots of little thoughtful touches of hospitality: a first aid kit under the sink, fully functional kitchen, laundry detergent, shower soaps and any additional needs that you may have are easily discoverable (e.g.extra towels and bedding).

Die Lage war super, es ist zentral aber ruhig und alles super gut zuerreichen. Die Nachbarn sind super nett und es ist alles ganz entspannt

Die Einfahrt ist auf den ersten Blick nicht einfach zu finden, aber beim zweiten Mal um den Block fahren haben wir es ganz einfach gefunden
