Overrated rated . Poor value for money

The shower head pressure was the only good thing

Lack of toiletries , bad smell in the property , lots of flies , high time they got new cutlery, hair found in the shower head , only one coat hanger and even that was broken . Lack of mirrors. Outside seating was very poor.

Modern, easy access, good location.

The thin white blinds in the main bedroom let the morning light in, so no sleep-in possible. The oven didn’t work. The lounge was very hard.

Cosy, Cool and Calming. Great place to relax. Air Con was perfect. We will definately stay here again.

Clean, tidy, air con, washing machine, shower was devine.

No instructions on how to use the washing machine, open the garage door, pull out the sofa bed and work the TV. Never knew where the nearest shops were and what was close by to enjoy a meal or get takeaways.

Lovely comfy stay in handy location close to everything. Would 100% stay here again.

Really nice stay, everything that we needed. Good parking on the road right in front, or can access through the internal shed, however our vehicle was a bit too big for the shared driveway so parked on the road and wasn't a problem (very close to front door). Beds were comfy and warm. Kitchen & lounge area is lovely.

For better security, suggest a lock on the internal shed door (from shed into house). Also noticed none of the windows have window stay/secure arms, so you aren't able to leave a window slightly open for air flow. Because of this when we ran the dryer overnight, there was a lot of condensation in the shed. Aired it out in the morning but maydo damage to the paint etc over time :)

Elegant Stay Indeed in Hamilton

Strategically located property in Hamilton. There are convenience stores around the area if you need anything. The house itself is spacious, clean and complete. All the beds had electric heating blankets. You have a washer, dryer and dishwasher that completes the stay. The owner is very responsive and kind—highly recommendable unit in Hamilton.

The hedges in front of the house need trimming because they get in the way when you need to shut the gate. Other than that, it's perfect. Thumbs up.

Lovely unit !

The house was nice, tidy, and comfy. My kids could run around in the shed when it was raining. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The beds were super comfy. It was close to the shopping centre and easy to find.

The TV was playing up, and wouldn't load anything on YouTube or Netflix, so we didnt use the TV.

There was a toilet roll left in the shower, the sofa couch was broken when we tried to set it up it fell apart and it was hard and uncomfortable. If you have a 4wd truck don’t expect to park on the property, you will need to park on the road. Not really worth what we paid for A night

Pleasant stay.

Our 2nd stay here now, we booked again as we know the apartment fits our families needs. Thankful we were able to check in a little earlier for showers after league games. Also appreciate the washing powder that was available to wash dirty clothes so thank you very much.

Fridge was not working and all food we had needed to get thrown out. Owner did call back to say he would sort fridge out in the morning but we were leaving anyway.

Comfy and relaxing

The place was comfortable for 2 families of 6 people, we could comfortably stay there for 2 nights without any trouble. There was some confusion at the beginning, but happy as to how the host managed to deal with it.
