Great property & amazing location

We were very impressed with the location to where we needed to be. The convenience of having 2 washing machines and dryers helped immensely. The beds were comfortable & the ensuite in the downstairs bedroom was handy. Great idea with the vending machine to help with the necessities.

Home away from home

The whole home was immaculate and comfortable. A good home away from home. Close to the hospital, like the touched such as Chromecast all set ready to go and the body wash and shampoo.

Location was amazing - nice & close to hospital. Great facilities in the apartment, lots of space for 6 adults. Excellent communication from Dennis to make sure everything went smoothly. Air conditioning on both floors kept apartment nice & cool in the super hot summer weather.

Sofa beds not so comfy to sleep on for adults, but did the job.

It was so spacious enough for a family of 3. Had all the facilities we required during our stay, basically everything we needed to make our stay stress free and convenient.

Odd attitude from the host and not clean

The place was overall nice. The showers had very good water pressure, the kitchen had everything we needed. The check in was easy and contactless.

The place was not clean. There were hairs in the toilet and in one of the showers, there was a dirty wipe in the wardrobe and somebody else's clothes in the laundry room, the night tables were dusty. There was an uncomfortable situation with the host that left us with a bitter sweet flavour about this trip. We were four, two adults and two children, and chose this place because it had four beds, however the host did not want to give us sheets for more than two beds and said we were supposed to share the beds and not use the bed couches. He finally gave us only one more sheet set. The place has a laundry machine and dryer but the host refused to give us laundry powder for more than one laundry. Having to ask the host for things that were described in the booking as part of the facilities was not pleasant at all.

Great location for access to hospitals. Easy access to arterial roads around Hamilton. Two bedrooms with plenty of room, large wardrobes, comfy queen beds and ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. Well equipped kitchen in open plan living, dining, kitchen area. Awesome office set up in the garage - large desk and 2 monitors that could easily be connected to own laptop. Full laundry facilities. Great Wi Fi speed.

The couches, which could be used as additional beds, were quite low. Would help if there were more cushions that could be used to sit on to raise up the seating.

Great accommodation

I was in Hamilton to be with a family member who was in hospital. The accommodation was ideal and in a great location.. My husband and I were able to walk to the hospital and leave our vehicle at the accommodation. The communication with the host Dennis was also great. Very quick and informative. Access to the property was a dream. The pin lock was so handy with not having to worry about keys. Oh and I really liked the chocolates in the fridge.. Nice 🙂 I would definitely recommend.
