The location is very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hamilton Lake, driving to restaurants near the gallery in the city centre takes just 3–5 minutes. The room is decorated with great taste, and the home appliances are high-end. The air-condition is Gree, the dryer is Midea. But some appliances that may not have been used for a while had quite a bit of dust. The dryer's lint filter was full of dust, so we took the time to clean it. The range hood was also dripping oil, which we cleaned as well.
The only slight issue is that the entrance can be a bit tricky to find when driving in. The residential area is quite dense, and the house numbers on the roadside are small and not very visible while driving. You'll need to slow down and pay close attention.

Loved the location as walking distance to hospital under 5 mins. Very comfortable
Just a little tip for cleaner to check under the beds/bedside tables as I found 2 little pills under there and a little bit of rubbish. With having my toddler that can be abit scary but found them straight away and got rid of them.
