Basic but ok

Good price for a few nights.

No outdoor seating on the balcony, no shelves to store stuff in bathroom, kitchen tap leaked over work surface, the family cabin is just a portacabin with beds and bathroom, no indoor bin, campsite was a bit tired and worn down.

Gem of a Stay!

This place is a little gem! Greatest value for money! Beds super comfy! We even had a TV, table and chairs, and everything you need on hand to cook and clean. A1 laundry washer and dryers. Woolworths 2 minutes walking distance. THANK YOU HAMILTON CITY HOLIDAY PARK!

I wake early hours everytime to use bathroom facilities so be prepared if you do too, a short walk to facilities is required. Apart from that, no dislikes!

The value for money. There's a TV in our room which was nice to chill in the last hour before bed. The fridge in our own room. Bathrooms were clean and close by to our room.

It was very hot in the room and we didn't want to keep the windows open. There were some bugs.

Cabin on a small holiday park

Cabin with bathroom on a small holiday park. Basic kitchen facilities, though we did actually use them for one night. Bed was reasonably comfy and table and chairs for eating. A Woolworths is just over the road with eating places a short drive away.

Bathroom was a bit tired compared to other cabins we have stayed in . However, nothing else particular to fault.

The cabins and facilities were exceptionally clean. The staff were very kind and responsive, quickly addressing any questions or issues we had. In prime location, Woolworths around the corner and the city centre within walking distance or a 3 minute drive.

I stayed in a cabin without a bathroom, the curtains need to be washed as it smelt like someone had been smoking in there for ten years. They must do emergency housing here, which I have no problem with except that there was an extremely unpredictable man clearly on drugs walking around talking to someone that wasn't there, swinging on the verandah pole next to my cabin, and running around in the kids playground. Very unsettling. He kept appearing by my car. I felt scared for my safety and locked myself in my cabin. There was a lady with two young children trying to pack her car that looked very scared also as he kept approaching her.

I would recomend this place for short stays, it’s safe and near the city center

It was clean and properly arranged. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms also nice and clean

It’s a bit small for 2 people but doable for our 1 night stay. We weren’t able to park in front of our cabin because there was another car there but it was alright.

Great little holiday park. Just maybe a bit pricey for the cabins.

Location was good as reasonably close to the city. It was a nice little campground and cabin was clean and tidy. Kids had fun playing outside together.

We were in a 4 berth self contained cabin. We found the price was quite high given how small the space is. We are unsure as to whether we would come back, as an air b'n'b is a similar price with alot more space. We did like that we could have friends stay in close proximity though.

A couple of things that were unfortunately out of our control however overall a brilliant stay.

This was our third stay over recent months and was warmly welcomed back with great communication for after hours check in etc. Was immensely grateful for have rhe extra bedding provided too.

There was terrible issues with the TV signal on the TV in Cabin 5, and it kept dropping in and out of view, the images stalling and freezing on the screen etc, and did not find this easy to gain a signal from the remote to the sensor boxes either, due to the height of this. Also the hair and toilet paper i was greeted with when entering the shower cubical on Saturday morning was gross however I realize this was before the staff had done the morning cleaning of bathrooms etc. I did not expect to have to use paper towels, more toilet paper and brown paper bags to clean my shower floor before using the facilities.

The unit was tidy, clean and comfortable with a lovely little heater which kept us toastie warm. Staff were great and so helpful. Will definitely stay again it was great value for money. Location was nice and central.

Close to where we were going to work

Very small bath room, toilet system was old mouldy stained. Dinning table chairs rock hard to seat on. Towels were small and thin.

It was easy to check in late. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we need. There was plenty of blankets and towels and it was a nice space.

The property was clean, just the fridge had food left in it and it’d be nice to have a bin in the kitchen area but there is a bin just outside and this didn’t upset our stay.

Friendly staff

Motorcamp accommodation at motel prices. Cabin was cold with a small heater that I was not comfortable to use because of its positioning raising safety concerns. The main ablution/ kitchen block was clean but looking a little tired. There is far better accommodation available in Hamilton at the same price point for a solo traveller.
