Would definitely come back, if you just want to switch off from it all...

We were very surprised at the area and the surroundings. Felt very safe here. All amenities were close by. Host did not disturb us at all, as we were very fatigued from our travels, which we appreciated. As this was just one night we stayed.

Loved it, very comfortable stay in a nice quiet little street which felt safe and secure, everything you need

Air conditioning was a bonus as it was a very humid afternoon, salt pepper oil and some other condiments available if needed. Comfortable bed and the shower pressure was good

Omg so this won’t effect everyone, but we had all night rain/light showers and there is a down pipe that goes into the fish pond right outside the unit and it’s was a loud constant drain running/dripping noise all night long

Comfortable place, peaceful location by the river

Comfortable bed, good shower, very clean. Owners were helpful. Easy 40min walk along the river to the city centre.

Beautiful setting, excellent facilities. We were very impressed. Loved being able to walk the river walk across the road. Beautiful views of the river and river rd cliffs across the river. Loved it.

The property was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We had everything we needed to ensure that our stay would be very enjoyable. Hosts Natalie and Richard went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home.

Peaceful location located near lovely riverside walk

Lovely location next to a beautiful river walk. Easy reach of Hamilton attractions. Lovely space, nicely styled with modern decor. Well equipped kitchen with handy staples like oil, vinegar etc. The bed was very comfortable too! Although located under main house, the apartment feels nice and private with no need to trouble hosts as everything you could want is easy to find and use. Delighted to recommend.

Having a washing machine is great - would be even better if there was a dryer!

Lovely little apartment by the Waikato river.

Brilliant location. Lovely clean and comfortable little apartment, with everything I needed for a short stay and could easily work for a longer stay. If I even need to come back to Hamilton I would see if I could stay here.

The TV sound is awful, but since I barely used it, that didn't really matter. I couldn't work out how to get the heater in the lounge to heat, before realising there was a heat pump in the bedroom that heated the whole apartment easily.

Location, comfort, amenities offered( coffee, tea, cooking oil, salad dressing, salt and pepper and much more) heated bathroom floor and heated towel rails. Plenty of cooking implements and a good variety of crockery and cutlery, also BBQ available. Wonderful walking tracks by the river. Hosts were extremely helpful when wifi issues occurred.

Relaxing and restorative luxury haven on the riverside to spend time away from home.

This is a wonderful wee luxury apartment in a perfect location. The river is right outside the door, the neighbourhood is quiet and the privacy is great. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we might need. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment

Lovely clean modern apartment. Beautiful location near the river. Fully furnished with everything we needed, plenty of crockery and utensils. Lovely shower, good storage, comfortable bed. Parking on the drive. Outside seating area and BBQ (although we did not use it)

If using the sofa bed the fridge lights etc did light up the room so an eye mask would be needed, if this would annoy you.

The location was great. Easy access. Scenic by the river, Quiet off the beaten path. Private and friendly. The property was well appointed with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Nothing stands out that I would say we disliked. After an initial bit of confusion from both the property owners and us everything fell in place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful stay by the river

Beautiful location next to the river (which you can walk along into central and it's beautiful in both directions) Apartment was clean, simply decorated, great cooking facilities and felt really comfortable. The hosts had thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights here
