Crusty as the kiwis call it!

The ability to do some washing.

Location - loud traffic can be heard from the bedrooms and house even shakes when lorry's pass. Kitchen wasn't very clean, oven was oily so smoked when we used it, dishwasher was rusty and top shelf broken, had to ask for a clean suitable chopping board, no frying pan apart from one that had all the non stick scratched, tin opener didnt work, stained carpet and it feels not enough care has been taken. It was dusty, not very clean. Would never stay again! There needs to be a manual for the house, too.

No access to the garage, very busy road, inside had a musty smell like it needed to be aired sadly it was not clean especially the shower dusty very disappointed.

Disappointing!

The shower had good pressure

The carpet was filthy. The bedding was unsuitable and they did not smell clean. The refrigerator freezer was frozen over. There was insufficient cutlery for a 2 bedroom house- we were 4 in number and there were only 3 knives and forks. The stove and oven were greasy and unclean. There was insufficient cleaning equipment- the broom head fell off the handle, the toilet brush also fell apart and could not be used. Duvet inners did not fit the duvet covers or the beds in the front room. The garage was inaccessible and we were not allowed to use it… a complete waste of space. The clothes horse in the garage was rusted and had cleaning cloths hanging on them so we couldn’t Isitt even if it was useable. We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation. There was no one at the venue to greet us or to show us through like any of the other accommodation we stayed at . I will not be recommending this venue to anyone. The only plus for us at this venue was the shower.

Central location, easy check in with lockbox keys, facilities were nice, definitely a nicer option than a hotel room

Motel Prices... Motel Expectations....

It was very central, has a great pressured shower, and has a reasonable size lounge area that you can open up to a small private outdoor area.

The amount of dust built up around the edges of the carpet. Rubbish that was left under bed. All the beds were a bit hard for my liking. Kitchen draws need updating. 3 towels for 3 people for 2 nights and no face clothes....

The beds were comfy. There is plenty of room for a family of 3-4. Nice outdoor area.

The Ants in the Kitchen. Lack of hot water. T.V. needs to be upgraded. There's not much room to store food. For the price we paid , washing powder, shampoo, and body wash should be provided.

Perfect for our little family!

Superb location, was only 5 minutes away from Waikato Hospital which was why we were staying in Hamilton. Dairy’s, take aways, and countdown literally 2 minutes drive. Also had LOTS of options on Uber eats. The house was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linen was warm, clean and there was spare in the waredrope if needed. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine and drier which was super handy for us as we have young children who go through so many outfits a day. There is a cute little fenced area out the back which is perfect for letting the kids outside to play as it is fully fenced and safe. It also comes with a clothes line. There was a lockbox system which allowed for an easy check in/check out. Overall super happy and hoping to book there again next time we need to visit Waikato Hospital.

Parking only allowed for 1 vehicle, and we could not use garage to park car as the sliding garage door was locked. Neighbours are literally right next door (although they were no trouble at all, we just like our privacy). On our first night there the hot water ran out. But didn’t happen again for the remainder of our stay. The main road can be a little noisy if you’re not used to the sound of busy roads. The busy road is also very hazardous for young children but if you’re mindful of your kids shouldn’t be a problem.

Great place, so per convenient

Wonderful setup, had all the appliances, spacious and we all thought it was good for the price paid. Bus stop right outside an absolute bonus. Would recommend to others as property owner easy to deal with. AAA+

The pillows were really thin, no soap in bathroom and no pepper or milk in kitchen, so if you arrived after travelling and needed a coffee with milk your having it black. The lock box was a bit hard to navigate as quite low but great idea.

Out of our 1 week holiday of the North Island, this was the second best accommodation we had. The owners thought of everything to fully accommodate thier guest. It was clean and definitely worth the money. Convenient location and parking available. It was as if we were home. I stayed there with my husband and parent-In-Law. They loved it.

I loved everything but just some things to make this an even better 10/10 place to stay in. Would be great if u can put a bigger bowl and a proper tin cutter in the kitchen. The shower head is too small to for the water pressure and the head is not able to stay in one place. Probably a bigger shower head would fix this situation.

Nice new home. Plenty of space. Lovely host who was very quick to rectify issues. Comfortable beds.

Recommend light sleepers to take earplugs. Was on a very busy road. One of the beds had not been changed. We called the host and they arrived within 15 minutes and changed the sheets for us. She was unsure how the cleaners had missed it. All worked out in the end.
