Great value gem

The facilities were awesome - everything we needed. The AC and air filter were very much appreciated, and having full kitchen facilities was a real plus.

The floor was a bit dirty, if there had been a mop or broom we would have been very happy to sweep and clean it

I enjoyed my stay at Rabbits home. The peace, quiet and security of the high fence and automatic gate was great.

The location and privacy. My accommodation was clean. The appliances are modern and attractive. The unit has a relaxing feel.

Being locked in the bathroom. The door handle needs to be pushed up, not pulled down to open. The host tells me the contractor put it in wrong, however, I was not made aware of this until it happened. The outside area could do with being tidied up.

I had a great stay, easy walking distance from my daily activities. Close enough to the river for some good walks.

Nice get away - ashame the weather wasn't nicer!

Privacy, home away from home, had the basic amenities needed to suit our stay away from home

Constructive feedback would be to have a vacuum/broom to clean floor, or highchair for my baby. (Did mention this to staff)

Lovely shower, plenty of hot water. Nice and warm place on unusually cool days.

Mosquitos inside, but we did find the insect spray. It’s a shame some milk wasn’t in the fridge. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough.

Ok place but needs more attention

Streaming service and location, good bedroom curtains.

Upon arrival, there was an overwhelming smell of strong greasy food. Had to open all windows that let in endless mosquitoes as no fly screens. I found a fry pan with food fragments on it put away, a knife in a drawer with grease on it, the cooktop had a layer of grease on it and plates and cutlery were washed but left out. There was almost no dishwashing liquid available. I had to wash everything before I could cook our first meal and clean the cooktop to try and address the overpowering smell. The beds were comfortable, however, the main bed didn't have a top sheet nor light blanket, just a doona and it was hard to feel comfortable in terms of temperature. There was also a visible stain on the doona cover. I didn't contact the owner as I had so many activities happening and just dealt with the issues.

I like that its private, and the bathroom is amazing! the floors are heated, the lighting effects and the shower itself is spacious and good hot water pressure. I also like that it has a remote for the gate that gives your vehicle access in to accommodation

Off street parking, soundproof, warm, clean, bed was comfortable, heating, good location for travelling round Waikato. Nice area.

Check-in was a breeze, Nancy was such a lovely host and made everything easy for us.

We loved the place and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our home away from home. Nancy catered to everything we needed from making a sofa bed for our little boy to an easy checkout.. Place is so modern and comfortable for us all.

Le quartier est calme. L’établissement est récent, propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La machine à laver est silencieuse. Le petit plus très agréable, le chauffage dans la salle de bain pour éviter d’avoir froid en sortant.
