Sleepy cul-de-sac, very welcoming and safe - house was modern and facilities were very well kept.
Communication was very clear and warm from the hosts - wishing us well on our travels was a lovely addition :)
Door stopper in the house - closed bedroom door rocked a tiny bit when windows were open
Glad wrap or tinfoil would be an amazing addition (not sure if this is an expectation though, so didn't concern us)
Not major things at all - wanted to share feedback in case you were interested at all.

The proprietors were so obliging when I misplaced (later returned) my key, otherwise, in the late evening I would have been stranded
No issues of disappointment... the phone/internet reception is very poor for some providers but that is the telco's service.
WiFi might enhance the service.

Nice quiet location
Good shower facilities
No lounge area - had to eat and watch TV in fairly cramped kitchen
Fairly motley collection of kitchen utensils - we had to buy another pot to cook dinner
Curtains for upper windows in main bedroom are falling apart and do a poor job of keeping light out
Parking is in bay on the side of the street
