Exceptional communication from host. Very clean, quiet and safe. Wish I had more than 1 night there- very comfortable.
The 12:00 check out was very appreciated when you are tired from overseas travel.

I liked the the location
The facilities were great had what I needed after a 4 hour drive .
Found hair in the bed.
Pillows hurt my neck.
The amount of camera in and around the property was a bit strange but it is Hamilton.
Thought the hand towels were a bit strange.
The Wi-Fi didn't work couldn't watch TV or connect phone to book things
