No key, rude staff, unsafe stay!

Our stay was unfortunately very negative. When we arrived, there was no key in the key box, and we had to wait about 20 minutes outside the door. Later, we were not given a key, so we had to leave our belongings in the room without being able to lock the door. All day, our belongings remained in an unlocked and unsafe room. The staff did not help us at all with this issue and, moreover, they were quite rude and impolite in their communication. We could only get the room key when we returned in the evening. The room itself was clean, but because of their behavior and lack of support, I definitely do not recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay and wished we stayed longer!

It's a quiet area

No one answered the bell, as we stood outside for a very long time. We had to get the police to help us. Again, there was a problem with understanding each other due to language barrier. Clear access to the property should be specified during the booking.

A smooth, comfortable stay with a helpful and flexible host.

Stay: 1 night in Deuil-la-Barre, July 29–30 Property: Évasion à 15 Minutes de Paris Logements Privés The host was kind and accommodating, even allowing us to change our arrival date after a flight delay caused us to arrive a day late. We really appreciated the flexibility and understanding. Overall, the experience was smooth, the communication was good, and the staff was helpful. The host’s flexibility and quick response made a big difference. The place was quiet and comfortable, and everything we needed was available. It was also conveniently located for access to Paris.

Quick responding host.

Basically, lot of issues with the property. From cleanliness to amenities mentioned. First mentioned space size is wrong, the apartments are super small. Not very clean. No air conditioning as mentioned. Main door was not locking, no proper instructions till last minute. When sofa bed extended, not enough space to enter even toilet.

Nice little tony montana style castle , we loved it.

Verry nice appartment. We loved it. The style. Everything so extra. Free parking at the street 30 min from the eiffel tower. The kids where happy watching amazon prima. Just a lovely cozy stay. The host are nice & lovely . If you park dont leave valuable things in your car. Its not a private parking. But there was enough parking on the street. Supermarkt 5 min walk. The appartment got everything you need.

No shower gel. But i always bring me own. So bring your own. For the price we paid, it was great !

Pas de clefs dans la boîte à clef à mon arrivée, obligée d’attendre 20min pour avoir quelqu’un. Meuble détérioré, pas d’eau chaude au robinet, cheveux dans la douche

Réservation faite à 16h pour une arrivée à 23h. À notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de chauffage, nous avons donc eu très froid jusqu’à 2h/3h du matin et avons dû nous coucher habillés. Il s’agit d’un sous-sol, ce qui est très étrange, séparé par un volet roulant, probablement d’une autre location. Nous avons eu très peur de faire du bruit. De plus, une seule serviette était prévue pour 6 personnes, ce qui est inacceptable. Le « logement » n’est pas entretenu : la porte-fenêtre est en très mauvais état, le carrelage est cassé, avec des débris laissés au sol. Bref, aucun entretien, logement non conforme et expérience très décevante

Номер без душа! Дверь со стеклом. Через это стекло сверкал свет, когда каждый раз кто-то проходил мимо. Холодно. Обогреватели очень маленькие. Но самое ужасное, что душ не работал. Нас отказались переселять. После того как я это написала утром, мне ответили только вечером и принесли ведро с холодной водой, чтобы я с больным ребенком из него мылась. За три дня нашего проживания его так и не отремонтировали. Деньги вернуть отказались. Принесли ведро с холодной водой. За это я заплатила как за исправный душ. Написали мне в тот же вотсап, что они связались с букинг и букинг им разрешил не возмещать некачественно предоставленные услуги. Хозяина нет. С нами разговаривала только испаноязычная женщина выходка из Южной Америки или Африки, которая все время писала мне в вотсап по одному предложению и мне приходилось по одному копировать в гугл и переводить. Просила меня для неё переводить в гугл. Своего у неё не было. В туалете неуместные зеркала. Состояние дома в целом потрепанное. Видно, что там много всего было, но ремонта не было давно

Nøklene var ikke på plass, stedet var for små passer ikke for 4 personer, veldig støv og ikke trygg. Stedet var ikke som beskrevet. Selvom overnatta ikke der vil ikke refundert beløpet Vi er familie på 4 og hadde søvingplass bare for 2, de lurer folk med bildene og de er ikke korrekte. Anbefaler ikke for familie kanskje bare for mann folk.

Nous avons passé une nuit très désagréable dans cet appartement. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le ménage avait été mal fait : le sol était extrêmement sale, à l'exception de la salle de bain, qui était correcte. Mais le pire a été l'odeur nauséabonde qui régnait dans l'appartement, à tel point qu'elle m'a fait vomir. Nous avons contacté l'hôte pour qu'il nous apporte au moins un désodorisant, mais il n’a rien fait, se contentant de nous conseiller d'allumer la hotte. Malheureusement, cela n'a eu aucun effet, et nous avons dû garder les fenêtres ouvertes toute la nuit malgré le froid, tant l'odeur était insupportable. Une expérience vraiment horrible.
