Séjour très agréable, confortable et sans souci.

Le logement était très propre, bien décoré et confortable. L’emplacement est pratique et calme, idéal pour se reposer. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et agréable. Tout était conforme aux photos et bien organisé.

Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé.

Le lieu était totalement inutilisable Aucun nettoyage ni ménage fait Hygiène déplorable J’ai dû quitter le logement sans pouvoir y dormir et trouver une solution de remplacement en catastrophe

Grosse déception et malhonnêteté

Après avoir contacté le propriétaire sur la route du Bourget, deux heures avant notre arrivée (réservation effectuée trois mois à l’avance), afin de récupérer les clés, celui-ci s’est rendu compte d’une erreur : un oubli et un doublon de réservation. Il nous a d’ailleurs demandé si nous étions les personnes ayant réservé via Airbnb. À partir de ce moment-là, plus aucune réponse de sa part. Booking a finalement réussi à le joindre une heure avant notre arrivée, et le propriétaire a alors évoqué un dégât des eaux survenu plusieurs jours auparavant. Résultat : arrivés à Paris à 23h, avec deux enfants, le week-end du patrimoine, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans logement, littéralement à la rue.

O alojamento está bem localizado, perto de supermercados e transportes públicos com vizinhança calma. O alojamento apesar de não ser novo, tinha aspecto de ter sido remodelado há pouco tempo e tinha todas as comunidades necessárias para a nossa família. Estacionamento grátis disponibilizado no alojamento. O anfitrião foi bastante prestável. Boa opção para a nossa família.

A casa de banho é um pouco pequena.

Jest to „apartament” na godziny, miejsce nie dla rodzin

Umiejętność zrobienia „w konia” kogoś, kto korzysta z booking i jechał w stuprocentowej pewności, ze zastanie to, co widział na zdjęciach…

Po 30 godzinach w podróży zajechaliśmy do „apartamentu”. Budynek odstraszający i sugerujący wynajem lokali na godziny. Wszystkie okna pozasłaniane jakimiś materiałami. Mial być pokój 4 osobowy z antresola, tymczasem po wejściu do wnętrza ukazała się obrzydliwa i niedomyta kuchnia z boku której znajdowała się… klatka schodowa. Wąziutkie i kręte schody prowadzące do mieszkania, w którym mieliśmy spać. Sypialnia 2 osobowa i w przejściowym korytarzu sofa. Złożona do siedzenia, bez pościeli o szerokości 130 cm. Tam miałyby spać 2 osoby. Ściany oblepione tapetami, jakby chciały ukryć różne tajemnice. Przy kuchni WC z umywalką 15x15 w tak wąskim pomieszczeniu, ze można dostać klaustrofobii. Dużo by pisać… upał 32 st.C, po długiej podróży KOMPLETNY BRAK KONTAKTU Z WŁAŚCICIELEM. Do wejścia tylko jakieś kody. Potem kolejne 2 godziny rozmowy telefonicznej z przedstawicielem booking.com, robienie zdjęć dowodowych itp. Tylko, czy my po to tam pojechaliśmy? Żeby bookingowi dostarczać materiał do dokumentacji? Przepadły pieniądze skrzętnie przeliczone na atrakcje, a my wyszukaliśmy kolejny hotel-Ibis budget Gonesse/Le Bourget, drugi raz zapłaciliśmy za ten sam czas pobytu także przez booking.com., bo w tym miejscu nie zostalibyśmy nawet na jedną noc…Tam w Ibisie dostaliśmy ogromne wsparcie, gdy pokazaliśmy, gdzie mieliśmy rezerwacje i jak nas potraktowano. Wyjazd się udał, ale gorzki smak oszustwa pozostal. Bo NIKT nie poczuł sie do jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności i pomocy. Klient pozostał sam na pastwę losu…. Apartament w rezydencji…. Peas…

Le propriétaire était collaboratif, il nous a permis l'accès à partir de 14h.

Manque d'espace, pratique pour un ou deux personnes, pas plus.

Una estancia pequeña pero suficiente para dormir.

El alojamiento es pequeño pero es una zona tranquila y bien ubicada. Me resultó curioso que la entrada da al baño. La cama estaba bien, y la cocina equipada para desayunar. Para ser Paris esta muy bien, repetiré.

La mesa se me hizo un poco pequeña para trabajar con el portátil, hubiera preferido una mesa un poco más grande y que no hubiera sillón, pues no lo llegué a usar, pero eso va a gustos. Y solo disponía de unas perchas detrás de la puerta para colgar ropa. No hay armario para dejar la ropa, y el espacio en el suelo es limitado como para tener la maleta abierta. Pero considero que el resto del apartamento es confortable para dormir, y asearse. Por la noche no hubo ruidos pero en cuanto se levantaron los de arriba escuchas todo.
