I strongly advise this apartment for families with kids it is perfect for such cases.

Good positioning, close to train station and shops, playground is just in front of the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised that all the required things, and even more, were in the apartment. Especial thanks to the owners for the snacks, It saved our kids and my wife’s nerves).

Location of the Apartment was great, we came by car, but train stationto Paris is also near. Privat parking of the apartment is something that was the best. The apartment was eqiped with everthing what one family need for living. Definitlly we would come again.

bref séjour

L'appartement est propre et le quartier proche est calme Il y avait du café et quelques cakes mis à disposition et une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo. Il y a des couvertures supplémentaire. L'appartement est propre J'ai eu le droit de laisser ma voiture sur le parking de la location le temps de raccompagner les personnes présentes à l aéroport. La gare de Drancy se trouve à 8 min de marche environ, facile d'accès à pied (en voiture, ce n'est pas pareil) La rencontre avec le propriétaire s'est bien passée, il a pris le temps de nous accueillir et nous montrer les différentes pièces et éléments.

Le matelas du lit de la chambre de droite à clairement fait son temps et n'est absolument plus confortable, l'autre chambre est ok d'après les informations que l'ont m a indiquées. La porte d'entrée de l'appartement ne ferme pas si on ne ferme pas à clé, pareil pour les portes de chambre (ou alors il faut les claquer assez fort) Si le quartier proche est calme, les autres rues qui mènent vers le centre ville ne nous ont pas inspiré confiance. C'est un logement de location type professionnel et malheureusement, il n y a pas de savon à disposition

Appartement très propre, décoré avec soin. L'emplacement, la tranquillité, la cour sécurisée sont de vrais atouts ! Accueil au top malgré notre arrivée tardive. Nous gardons le bon plan !😁

Geen geschikte eetgelegenheid in de buurt. Gelukkig is de trein naar Parijs op loopafstand.

We hadden een prima verblijf! We zouden het opnieuw boeken.

Het appartement was ruim, aangenaam warm en gezellig ingericht. De host antwoordde vlot toen we hulp nodig hadden om de poort te openen voor de wagen. Er is een apart toilet. De buurt is stil. In een 10-tal minuten sta je aan het treinstation om naar het centrum van Parijs te gaan.

Het dubbele bed was wat aan de kleine kant. We konden onze wagen niet eerder parkeren aan het appartement dan bij inchecktijd. Hierdoor hebben we nog parking moeten boeken in de stad.
