Good location, affordable price, but be prepared 😉

Very affordable price for an appartment on a good location to explore Paris. It takes between 30 minutes and an hour by tram and metro to any of Paris's attractions, major airports and train stations. However, the appartment is located in a suburban neighbourhood, so the surrounding is not among the cleanest and if anyone does not feel comfortable in such areas, it might be better to find another property. But it is a safe neighbourhood anyway and we didn't feel any stress about it. The appartment is pretty new, has all the necessary amenities for a comfort staying and is quite clean and warm (we were there in february). There is also an E.Leclerc supermarket and a lot of very tasty fast food restaurants within a couple of minutes walking.

It is declared for 4 people, but somehow it is too small for such group, so it is excellent choice for a couple. We were 3 male adults and youngsters (16 and 18), and it was on the limit. However if a group of 4 people explores the town and uses this appartment only for sleeping, then it is probably ok. But be careful: the upper floor is reachable by steep stairs, so you need some climbing and motor skills to climb up. And it is even better if you are smaller than 1,7 m, because the ceiling is very low on the top. There is also lack of shelfs for the clothes in the room and hangers for towels in the bathroom. The host is very helpful and kind to promptly answer any questions you might have, but after you pay the rental fee, you are asked to fill a form on an (for me) unknown third-party platform with your personal and bank card details for blocking a deposit. Booking.com recently warned it's customers not to give any of bank informations anywhere else than their own platform, but once you pay for the appartment, you are somehow forced to do so, because the appartment is non-refundable. I felt extremely suspicious and unpleasantly about it, but in the end it turned out to be ok. There's no need to concern, but if you are scared to spread your bank information, then it might be better to book some other property. After all, this appartment is very good choice for those who are not picky and hard to please and want a safe, not too expensive and clean place to stay when exploring Paris. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends.

パリ市内へのアクセス経路がいくつもあり便利だった。至近にパン屋さんがあり、そこのクロワッサンは絶品でした。近隣スーパーのトマトは新鮮で日本のスーパーで買えるトマトとは比較にならないくらいおいしかったです。

到着日にシャワーの排水が詰まっていて使用できませんでしたが、オーナーに連絡したところ、翌日には修理していただき大変助かりました。以降大変快適な宿泊ができました。ネットでは治安に少々不安があるとされていましたが、昼間はまったく問題ありませんでした。夜は2200くらいを過ぎると、近くのハンバーガー屋さんが人気の様で、若者が集まってきている様子でした。

Es un apartamento nuevo, el personal excelente, muy cómodo, el transporte al aeropuerto y Disney en taxi era sencillo y no muy costoso, está muy cerca de la estación de metro para ir a Paris, debes informarte cómo llegar.

Wurden unverschämt abgezockt, daher keine Wiederholung.

- Uns wurden 100 Eur von der Kaution einbehalten, da wir angeblich eine Einschubplatte im Kühlschrank beschädigt haben. Tatsächlich haben wir den Kühlschrank nicht einmal geöffnet, Geschweige denn benutzt. Mehrmalige Kommunikation hat nicht geholfen. - Am internen Treppengeländer waren zwei Metallstäbe gelockert und haben sich aus der Fassung gelöst und sind in den Raum (unteres Stockwerk) geschossen, so dass meine Tochter sich beinahe verletzt hätte. - Der auf den Fotos ersichtliche Couchtisch lag demoliert auf dem Balkon.
