Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 45 m² flat in Le Bourget, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Le Bourget, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities
- Close to the Paris Le Bourget exhibition centre and the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre.
- A 20-minute drive from Parc Astérix, a popular leisure destination for families.
- The Stade de France is nearby
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
