Appartement moderne entier Paris-le Bourget et CDG

Clear and responsive host, the apartment was clean and cozy, comfortable bedding.

We arrived late but kitchen could have been more stuffed (apart from water), but again that was not an issue since there were shops still open nearby.

It was close to Le Bourget Airport where i was visiting for Paris Air Show.Lot of food and grocery shops near by .So it was nice location.

All was good.

The location was perfect for us, close to the RER and to local amenities, the flat is comfortable and clean, and has everything that we needed,the WiFi is good, the rear bedroom is particularly comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

The front bedroom is not so comfortable and there is some outside noise from traffic etc.

This apartment is around 15mins away by train from Gare du Nord station and a 3-4min walk from Le Bourget train station. We had a very pleasant stay, it is equipped with basic necessities and surrounded by some resto, pharmacy and convenient store. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. This accomodation is perfect for family and friends stay alike. Arselan is a great host. Definitely recommended!

The main bedroom cover sheet was dusty maybe because it is beside the main road. Overall, the house is well kept but having it deep clean would be more comfortable.

The host was really attentive and helpful. The house is very homely and gives a warm feeling.

The WiFi was not working. It worked on some people’s phones and didn’t work on others, even when it worked..it was very unstable. The handle of the bathroom door was also falling all the time.

La localisation et le grand lit qui était confortable.

L'appartement était rangé mais sale. Moutons un peu partout, des kleenex sales sous le lit, un mégot sur l'étagère de la chambre des enfants, tapis de toilettes sale, lampe chambre non fonctionnelle, draps de couette sales et tachées. Il manque 4 ou 5 lattes sur le lit des enfants. Le cumulus qui fuit en permanence... Les interrupteurs sont quasiment tous sales. Pour synthétiser les photos sur le site booking sont reluisantes mais ne reflètent pas la réalité. Je vous recommande fortement de changer d'équipe de nettoyage ou de conciergerie.

Séjour extrêmement décevant – à éviter absolument J’ai eu une expérience très négative dans cet appartement situé à Le Bourget, Paris. L’annonce indiquait qu’il y avait un chauffage central, mais il n’y avait aucun chauffage. Lorsque j’ai contacté le propriétaire, il a admis qu’il ne savait pas où se trouvaient le chauffage ou les commandes. L’appartement était glacial, et certains membres de ma famille – notamment des personnes vulnérables – ont développé de la fièvre, ce qui nous a obligés à annuler tous nos plans. La douche était complètement inutilisable. La cabine était sale, avec des cheveux et d’autres saletés, et manifestement pas nettoyée correctement. La cuisine dégageait une forte odeur désagréable, et la bouilloire était sale et inutilisable, ce qui nous a empêchés de préparer une boisson chaude. Il y avait également des problèmes de connexion Wi-Fi pendant tout le séjour – le signal était faible et le propriétaire n’a même pas pu fournir le bon mot de passe, ce qui nous a laissés sans accès internet fiable. Lorsque j’ai partagé tous ces problèmes avec le propriétaire et mentionné que je laisserais un avis sur Booking.com, il a répondu avec des messages grossiers et méprisants sur WhatsApp, sans aucune prise de responsabilité ni professionnalisme. En résumé, cet hébergement n’est pas conforme à sa description et a causé du stress, de l’inconfort, et même des problèmes de santé. Je ne recommande à personne d’y séjourner – et si vous décidez de le faire, ce sera à vos risques et périls. The listing claimed central heating was available, but there was no heating at all. When I contacted the property owner, he admitted he didn’t know where the heating or heating controls were. The apartment was freezing cold, and some of my family members—particularly vulnerable individuals—developed a fever, forcing us to cancel all our plans.
