If there's a b & b anywhere where the hosts are more attentlve, i've yet to visit it.
A real gem of a place, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and a 5 minute walk to the town centre make this a great place to come. We have been twice now and there is sure to be a third when we revisit Dumfries.

Ian and Sally are amazing hosts! Very helpful with suggestions and made an excellent breakfast. The room was comfortable and very clean. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
