Nice frontage. I was located in the annex. One double and one single bed. Spacious with a plentiful supply of beverages. Bathroom was nice. With just one fault. Nice dining room. Excellent breakfast.
Very dated decor. Scruffy entrance. Loose metal plate on the floor at the front door and shabby paintwork. Cold tap in the bathroom would not turn fully off.

The guest house was so close to town and station. Colin the owner was very helpful and informative. The room size and bathroom good. room serviced every day.
Dont really want to criticise because Colin was great but The decor in room is very dated, need painted and wall paper of , carpet is old and worn, curtain doesn't fit well. Tv way too small for room. The bathroom was large but again needs to work on details of cleaning. The place is good but could be so much better.

The host was extremely kind and supportive when we rang to say we would be late due to traffic. Lovely garden and good location. Breakfast was a cooked breakfast and delicious. Parking on premise.. A lovely find.
