Great location, spacious and nice. Easy walk up to the Royal Mile and castle, as well as shops in the other direction. 25-30 mins from airport. I would recommend to anyone wanting extra space and to stay in a central location.
There is construction happening on the side of the apartment where the bedrooms are - some morning noise and flood lights left on all night. Not a big deal, but just something to note. We used fans as background noise and that helped. Be aware of the few flights of stairs to walk up with luggage.

Apartment was clean and orderly. Dishes and drinks are were clean and available. Owner was very patient with us while we dealt with entering the residence providing us with advice and quick responses. Lots of space, and close to bus stop and train station.
The street was loud outside. Apparently the entire city goes on walkabout after the pubs close and signs songs at the top of their lungs in the streets at 3am. Traffic noise was loud at times, but quieted down as the night went on. Stairs were a bit of a beast getting up with luggage. We were told there was a lift, but we didn’t use it. Property was also very expensive for the one night we stayed. There’s also quite a bit of construction happening on the back side.

Gorgeous spacious apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you need & more. The location was perfect, just off Princess Street & 10mins from Waverley Station & we could see the Castle from the lounge & kitchen windows. Highly recommend it & would definitely choose to stay there again.

Location! Space! Bed was super comfortable. The main suite was just grand with its dresser and armoire! The bath has heated floors. But my towel warmer was hit or miss. No biggie to me. The toiletries were too notch. The kitchen is large. Bright and fairly appointed with most of what you need. And I feel it’s secure.
Not to nit pick, and I only write this to let property owners know the things they may want to look at. the smaller bathroom toilet seemed to not flush as well as it should. The kitchen needs a few new pans and sheets and maybe a lg bowl, the fry pan is a mess?! I never got the hang of the coffee maker. It starts and I restart it, a couple times. We figured out most of it. The stove is convection, not bad. Just figuring out the turn on.
