Farmhouse on Loch Tralaig

Excellent views over the lake. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery. The beds were very comfy. The logfires were amazing (inside and outside). Perfect fit for 8-10 poeple. Advice: Bring lots of food and beverages so that you don't have to go to the oban shops too often. Overall we had a very pleasent stay!

Please be aware that the second half of the driveway to the house is very challenging and not suitable at all for unexperienced drivers, especially after some days of rain. Its a gravel road, even sometimes on grass and mud. The games room can only be recommended during peak summer july/august, its not very comfy to play billard or darts when you have to wear jackets as there are open walls where the wind blows straight in. In one of the two bathrooms it was very difficult to set the watertemperature right.

Amazing location. It was almost as if we had our own private loch!

The last 0.6 miles of the drive to the property was a bit hairy, but worth it for the location.

Great space, good location if you like it quiet. The games room was fun. Getting the loch all to ourselves to kayak was amazing.
