Breakfast not included. Was fairly isolated and one track road to get there which was a bit difficult. However if you took care it was okay.
The accomodation itself was good, however the bunkbeds were not too great for adults and that room was very hot as you could not open a window. A fan would be helpful.

We stayed in the Literature apartment. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Milk and cookies and a warm welcome from Carol to top it off. We made beautiful walks in the area (Oakwood, Lake Avich and inverinan) and had coffee and gluten free (!) carrot cake and lunch at the café. We had quite some rain but it was perfect. Very dog friendly as well.
There are blue algae in Lake Awe, so we couldn't let the dog in the water.

It was very quiet. Manager was very friendly.
The area is a bit run down. We thought we were going to have a lovely view but it was just a view of the lawn.
