10 out of ten points! Quite a lot of appartment & service for a per night price around just a hundred €, Zoran as a host is great, plus his flexibility when bringing one additional kid that was not announced before. Great place to go, 100% recommended!

The room 22meter square, is with garden balcony in front of the sea. Few steps and you are in the water. Great location touching the promenade that surrounds the Boka Bay . The host was very good helping and carting our trolleirs and lead us to a parking spot two streets above. Actually the place is full hotel style without a lobby. The complex has other rooms as well.

Fantastic stay at Herceg Novi

The apartment was spotless, two steps away from the beach, with a modern decor and had all the essentials for our stay. The room had a breathtaking view of the sea! Zoran is a super helpful host that takes care of anything you need such as giving a ride to the parking. The town one 10-15 minutes walk and we enjoyed the promenade daily. If ever be back to Herceg Novi, this is our place to stay and enjoy!

Comfortable room with sea view

Very comfortable, clean, well equipped accommodation. We loved the terrace with the sunbeds overlooking the sea. Location is great, there are restaurants nearby, the beach is just in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean, we loved that there was a coffee machine and a mini-bar in the room and a good AC. Our host was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable experience

Well received by the host Zoran. The appartments are modern, clean and well located just above the coastal promenade with beaches and restaurants, about 1.3 km walking distance to the lovely Herceg Novi old town. The entire area is difficult to park your car, so Zoran provides you with a good solution to park on a secured lot a few hundred meters away at a few extra euros a day. He showed always available to shuttle us up and down when requested, free of charge.

A Wonderful Stay in Herceg Novi

The property is in the perfect location - walkable to so much of Herceg Novi, right on the beach, and near so many nice beaches, there’s so much to do around it, and it’s easy to go places by boat. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The host Zoran is so kind! He always answered any of our questions, is so friendly, and made the stay special. I highly recommend!

A very pleasant stay! Everything you need for a short vacation.

We’ve had our own lounges and umbrella on the ground level and needed to just cross the walk path to get to the see, no need to look for a spot on the beach. Very quiet place.

A bit far from the city center and the bus station, not much of an issue but plan your hours to avoid to walk anywhere in heat.

Modern and comfy

Nice and new, beautifully furnished. Excellent location with the bay views and promenade walkway at your doorstep. Comfy bed and beautiful linens. Very friendly and helpful host - was extra accommodating for us with a baby! Highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Herceg Novi!

This is our fourth stay at Boka Bay, and we plan to stay again next time we are in Herceg Novi. The location is perfect: right on the coastal pathway, with a nice little beach just steps from the gate. Our room was spacious for 4 people. We all slept comfortably in the nice beds (even on the pull-out couch and twin cot). The host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. The walk to old town is only 15 minutes. Restaurants are plentiful.

We liked it all! The place is new and in perfect condition. The host Zoran is very friendly and polite. The TV has every channel you can think of. Would love to come again one day during summer.

Really nice rooms and location

Very nice and modern rooms very close to the sea. Since we were on floor level, it did not offer much of a view. Big bathroom and great AC. TV with a lot of channels.

Lot of people walking by the room on the promenade, not a huge problem, and it is not that easy to look in, but it can get noisy in the evenings if you keep the window open.

Cozy apartment with wonderful view

The view is amazing, we were enjoying our time on terrace. The beach is right near the residences. The apartment has everything you might need and is very cozy and clean. Zoran - a host - is very helpful and hospitable. We would recommend to arrange a kitchen with a few kitchen appliances as there is no common pantry or kitchen in the building and nothing in the apartment.

If you’d like to swim in the Adriatic, this place meets all needs.

Location was excellent. On the beach promenade. The room was redone two months prior to our visit. Very modern decor. The one staff member we met was extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurants were all along the promenade. The residences are on many levels climbing the hillside. Our room, on the promenade level was perfect.

Extremely difficult to find, even with GPS, but worth the trouble.

Restful stay

The location is perfect - right on the beach and close to the old town of Herceg Novi. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish. The main bedroom is spacious and the view from the balcony is great. The staff is wonderful - helpful and hardworking.

There were some plumbing issues but the problem was quickly resolved.

Great place, would recommend

Renovated, new apartments, right next to the beach. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is spacious and clean and the amenities are on point. The apartment had a nice garden, even though it was on the ground level, it was well-secluded from the people passing by. There is a shared balcony with a nice view on the first floor

The wifi is not that great, if you need to work, bring your own.

Super udoban i čist apartman, tu je sve što trebate. Domaćin ljubazan, uvijek tu za sva pitanja i pomoć.

Parking mjesto je prilično udaljeno od apartmana. Samo zato je ocjena 9, inače bi bila 10. Sve ostalo je fantastično!

Habe mich für ein Zimmer direkt an der Promenade entschieden und absolut nicht bereut! Sehr modern und großzügig gestaltete Zimmer. Terrasse bis spät in den Abend genossen. Zoran ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!

leider hatte ich Tierchen auf dem Bettlaken aber das Personal hat es sich direkt zu Herzen genommen. Kann bei einem Terassenzimmer immer passieren…

Понравилось все! Расположение апартаментов, на первой линии от моря. Прекрасный, заботливый и душевный хозяин - Зоран оказывал помощь во всем! При апартаментах есть прекрасная терраса, где можно отдыхать с видом на море на террасе отличные лежаки и тент, в жару прохладно и комфортно, значительно лучше чем на лежаках на пляже и она совсем близко от моря и бесплатна для проживающих. Апартаменты рядом с набережной променадом и ресторанами. Старый город в пешей доступности. Недалеко есть маркет. Море рядом чистое, прекрасное. В номере есть все, включая кофемашину. При случае приедем еще раз!

Absolument parfait !

Tout était parfait, la prestation attendue était au rendez-vous. L’emplacement est absolument idéal. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était d’une gentillesse incroyable et d’une compétence exemplaire. Je recommande à tous mes compatriotes cette location. La meilleure prestation que nous avons eu au Monténégro depuis que nous sommes arrivés.

Osoblje Boka Bay jako profesionalno, paze na svaki detalj. Posebno bih istakla domacina Zorana koji me odusevio, proputovala sam pola svjeta ali covjeka poput Zorana nisam srela. Mogla bih da ga hvalim do beskonacnosi zaista. Sto se tice smjestaja, jako cist, uredan, krevet preudoban. Sama lokacija je idealna za one koji zele da se odmore, s partnerom ili porodicom.

Skvělý apartmán

Apartmány jsou na skvělém místě, přímo u malé kamenité pláže. Měli jsme zajištěno parkovací místo. Rozkládací pohovka byla veliká, takže zajistila plnohodnotné spaní. Krásné dva pokoje, výhled na moře, blízko několik restaurací a zmrzlina. Plný minibar. Klimatizace pro každý pokoj. Hodně jsme ocenili check-out až ve 12 hodin, dopoledne jsme ještě stihli koupání v moři :-). Škoda, že jsme byli zrovna nemocní a mohli zůstat jen jednu noc.

Nic nám nechybělo, určitě doporučujeme.
