La foto dell'esterno è stata scattata sicuramente da un fotografo con grandangolo perché nelle immagini pubblicate non si vede il guardrail a un paio di metri dalle finestre e di conseguenza dalla strada trafficata, quindi impossibile aprire causa smog e rumore. L'appartamento si trova sotto il livello della strada (e questo lo rende anche abbastanza buio) per cui è umido e si sente un cattivo odore. Per cercare di ovviare al problema, è stato posizionato in camera da letto un deumidificatore (rumorosissimo) che comunque non risolve il problema e va spesso svuotato. Le abitazioni adiacenti, sono infatti adibite a garage. Avendo prenotato per diverse notti, abbiamo chiesto al gestore di poter andare via ed essere rimborsati di una parte della spesa ma ci ha trattati malissimo e non ha accettato dicendo che noi avevamo prenotato a dicembre. Certo, ci eravamo fidati di ciò che avevamo letto. Se la spiegazione fosse stata veritiera, non avremmo MAI prenotato. Per non rovinarci completamente le vacanze, abbiamo cercato un'altra struttura e appena possibile ce ne siamo andati, perdendo 4 notti. Abbiamo inviato tutte le foto a Booking che, con la solita serietà e professionalità, ha compreso la situazione e ci è venuto incontro. Ci ha anche consigliato di guardare sempre su Google Earth prima di prenotare, per capire se le foto corrispondono alla realtà o no, consiglio che abbiamo preso molto sul serio e seguiremo senza dubbio.
