Please note that the flat is on the third floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building which, as with most Edinburgh properties, has no lift.
There are three flights of stairs to climb but you will be rewarded with far reaching sunset views of the Ochil hills from the kitchen, much more natural light than lower level properties, and far less noise than street level properties!
