There are three flights of stairs to climb but you will be rewarded with far reaching sunset views of the Ochil hills from the kitchen, much more natural light than lower level properties, and far less noise than street level properties!

Toby’s house is very warm and well designed, many details are interesting. The location is convenient.There is a local fresh shop opposite.At night, you can look out from the skylight on the top floor to see the night view of Edinburgh.The sunset is beautiful.Toby is very nice and patient.He helped us a lot.Thank you very much.

Amazing stay at this Edinburgh property! Not only was the property spacious, thoughtfully equipped, centrally located, but the property manager met us at midnight for check in, was soooo thoughtful and considerate by helping us with our bags, buying some groceries for us since we arrived so late, and provided recommendations for places to visit. The home was not only beautiful, but the kids had such a fun time playing board games and it was family time well spent. Our trip was 2 adults and 6 children ages 4-12: we all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit Scotland and stay here again! Highly reccomend!
