L’indépendance de l’appartement, la facilité pour se garer, l’équipement de la cuisine, 2 télés, salle de bain spacieuse et douche très agréable, literie impeccable
La décoration est assez froide et impersonnelle, le chauffe-eau dans la chambre est bruyant et visible( pas caché dans un placard), les climatiseurs sont également bruyants. Dommage de n’avoir eu aucun contact de visu avec la propriétaire, même si elle s’est dite joignable en cas de besoin.

Nice finishes/build quality of the place. High ceilings, handy features like powered shades
No dryer machine (not really a problem), the dining table and chairs inside were uncomfortable, but they probably are not really a priority for the place. We stayed in the bottom floor which means you are going down several stairs and walking around the deck to get inside (again not really an issue for us)
