A lovely stay with a perfect host.

We arrived later than expected and Philipp very kindly picked us up from Cassis station. The property had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The supermarket was close by and it was a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants. On vacating the property we were once again picked up and taken to the station.

Convienent Cassis

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Easily walkable to much of Cassis! Host was incredibly helpful with recommendations. Air conditioning was powerful for hot summer days. Would stay here again.

fabulous place in great location

The photos don’t do this lovely place any justice. The apartment is spacious, bright and sparkly clean. location is superb for the beach, the hiking trail, the city centre and the supermarket. The host is excellent and extremely helpful. will stay again!

Great location close to centre of Cassis (up a hill but an easy walk), close to supermarket, spacious, well equipped. Older apartment but appropriately renovated. Easy parking in front of apartment

We loved everything.

This property was wonderful and fit our needs of two married couples. The couple who met us were most warm and friendly. They showed us everything. You can easily walk from the property to the shops and the pier. The apartment was clean, sunny, good AC, good washer, and good information about the town.

the host was helpful, and responded promptly

location was excellent, a short walk into town. car access was easy and we were on the first floor, up a few steps. we appreciate laundry facilities in the apartment too.

Pleasant

Communication and check-in with the host was very good. The place is well located and in a safe area with a car park in front of the residence.

The place was quite cold even though we turned on all the AC to warm temperatures. Cooking with the electric stove wasn't so easy as it takes forever for water to boil (it doesn't really boil so we had to get help from the kettle).

Convenient position near shops and places to eat. Very quiet. The flat was well equipped and comfortable.

The lamp in the twin bedded room wasn't good for reading - a minor quibble.

Séjour à Cassis

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans l’appartement de Philippe à Cassis. Il est venu nous accueillir chaleureusement à la gare, ce qui fut très appréciable. L’appartement, impeccable de propreté et très bien équipé, est idéalement situé : à seulement deux minutes à pied du port et des commerces, dont un supermarché tout proche. Nous recommandons vivement l’adresse de Philippe et serons ravis d’y revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Cassis. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Agréable Séjour dans l'ensemble

L'emplacement a proximité du bord de mer La climatisation ! La place de parking

Un voisin a réalisé des travaux.. Réveillé par du perçage de murs à 09:00 le matin, mais ce n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire. Devoir quitter le logement pour 10:00 C'est un peu tôt pour les vacances 12:00 aurait été préférable..

Zentrale gelegene sehr gut ausgestattete und große Wohnung - Top für Besuch von Cassis

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hafen und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Parkplatz ist super, in Cassis ist es mit dem Parken ansonsten nicht einfach. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (u.a. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Tabs usw.), u.a. auch Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert.

Un appartement spacieux, lumineux, très propre et extrêmement bien placé. Bien équipé , climatisé si besoin... Philippe est très sympathique et serviable... Si nous revenons sur Cassis et ses environs, nous reviendrons ici à coup sûr!

très bien à part le bruit de la clim

Très bon emplacement, proche du port à pied, calme. Equipement complet. Appartement propre. Parking gratuit au pied de l'appartement. De bons restaurants et bars sur le port, sympathiques et agréables pour le farniente au soleil.

Bruit d'écoulement dans les descentes d'eau la nuit à cause de la pluie et surtout ronronnement du groupe de climatisation (même en fonction chauffage) gênant dans la chambre coté balcon. Couette trop petite.

Emplacement exceptionnel à 5 mn à pied du port. Propre, grand et calme. La place de parking est très appréciable pour Cassis.
