Die Größe der Wohnung ist super. In kurzer Distanz ist man am Hafen und am Strand (ca. 6-8 Gehminuten). Der Rückweg ist etwas anstrengend...zumindest bei 35 Grad, da es bergauf geht. Die Größe aller Räume ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar.

Der Preis ist sehr hoch...im Juli etwas über 200 EUR je Nacht. Es fehlten Kleinigkeiten, die wir in anderen Unterkünften schon hatten: z.B. ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Der Balkon war kein klassischer Balkon, sondern mit auf machbaren Fenstern verschlossen. Es gab unbequeme Stühle auf dem Balkon. Die Wäsche konnte dadurch nicht so gut trocknen. Der Balkon war nicht sehr gepflegt, die Tischdecke auf dem Esstisch müsste auch mal gewechselt werden. Für den hohen Preis erwarte ich einen gepflegten "Balkon" und auch eine ordentliche Tischdecke. Auf dem Parkplatz haben einige Anwohner "ihre" Parkplätze markiert. Am frühen Abend war es schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Bevor man den Schlüsselcode erhalten hat, musste man seine Kreditkartendaten hinterlegen.

Excellent location: near beaches, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, lively town centre.🤩 Thank you also to hosts for their timely assistance at the start when there was some confusion about the keys and apartment building location.

No aircon in second bedroom. Some minor improvements could be made to add value in terms of amenities (missing toilet roll holder, missing plastic basin to empty laundry from washing machine, only 2 hooks in bathroom/none in bedrooms, few water/juice glasses etc.). Difficult to find a parking spot in the shade during the exceptional « canicule ».

Shortage of toiletries

- Very well located close to town, with parking available - A beautiful view over the sea - Comfy beds and clean - Heating worked fine

- A very frustrating check in experience with the hosts wanting a separate credit card, while Booking was telling me they didn't need a separate credit card because it was already paid for. Felt like a scam - especially when you have to give them your credit card separately to get access to the key. - Every single product (hand soap, dishwasher, any cleaning product, etc.) had around five drops of product left in an empty bottle. This felt extremely unwelcoming especially given the price we paid for the week. We had to go out and buy our own of everything. - This is a summer flat - for winter it didn't feel particularly welcoming (no rugs, no fourth chair, cheap sofa, no oven)
