Great location but difficult apartment layout for friend group

The location of the apartment is great - just a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Bear in mind that there are steps and a very steep hill so not ideal for people with mobility issues. But great for us. The host Magali was helpful and gave us great information about how to get to the property and use the key safe. It's spacious with good sized rooms and a small outside area with a beautiful view.

We definitely should have read the reviews! We were three woman friends in our 50s. The property information says 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. What it doesn't mention is that the bathrooms are inside 2 of the bedrooms. One of the showers and loos isn't even behind a closed door, it's right in the room. And the other shower and loo is behind a door, but not one that closes properly. That meant that 1 of our party had to come through another's bedroom to go to the loo and have showers which made things very awkward for us. The apartment - though clean and spacious, felt rather tired and unloved. There was no information pack, one pack of cards in an empty cupboard, and the kitchen equipment was mismatched and old. Bits and bobs of old food packs left in cupboards. The Wifi router was hanging off the wall by a thread. It's typical in France but still rather a shame that you have to pay an extra €60 for towels and bedding. Not only that but you have to put the bedding on yourself and remove it at the end of the stay. Which means you're paying €60 to wash 6 towels and 3 sets of bedding. Very expensive.

Very hot in the property even with the fans on . Parking was a bit stressful as we had to share with apartment above - which meant one day we had to leave the beach to move our car to let the other car out . Had to be in touch with that apartment throughout our stay to manage the cars . Not ideal The apartment and terrace looked a bit tired . Having to pay extra for sheets and towels .

Dat de wc’s in de kamers waren. Personen die in de derde kamer of slaapbank sliepen moesten door een van de andere kamers om naar toilet te gaan. In onze groep geen probleem omdat we gewend zijn in berg hostel te slapen.

Bon séjour, appartement confortable et bien situé

Très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied. Il y a une place de parking partagée avec la voisine, et des places gratuites dans la rue. Le logement est confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée. L’horaire d’arrivée et de départ étaient flexibles.

Les deux salles de bain+ WC sont accessibles via deux des trois chambres. Le process de réservation est surprenant : on réserve en ligne via Booking sans payer, et on reçoit ensuite un mail demandant de faire un virement du montant total dans les 72 heures ; je n’avais jamais vu ça sur Booking avant mais ça s’est bien passé.

Good location, host was helpful regarding best restaurants but we have stayed in better accoms.

Large apartment, plenty of space, good location

No central toilet or bathroom - access to 2 en-suites was via 2 bedrooms and bathroom doors we absent or not lockable. 3rd bedroom had to disturb others during night to use toilet. Front door has an electric shutter rather than front door or windows and to be able to ventilate the property this needed to be raised for airflow as no air conditioning. Flat was hot and unventilated on arrival. Cash deposit less convenient than going through booking.com with credit card.

Die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse sind fantastisch. Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und ist nett und zugänglich.

Bettbezug und Handtücher sind in dem Preis nicht enthalten, das fanden wir sehr happig. Die Ausstattung ist mittlerweile auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Garage wird mit einer anderen Person geteilt. Hat zwar immer geklappt, war aber trotzdem manchmal nervig.

Ubytovanie je síce v prudkom kopci, ale relatívne blízko centra.

Absolútne zle riešené toalety, na ktoré sa nezmestíte, bez dverí a celkový prístup ubytovateľa, veľmi strohý a účelový. Je veľmi cítiť, že pani majiteľka je inšpriovaná predovšetkým rýchlym a nenáročným príjmom, aby sa nenarobila. Je to jej právo, ale je právo aj nás ako zákazníkov s tým nesúhlasiť. Museli sme doplácať za posteľné prádlo, musíte si upratať, zhasnúsť svetlá, vyniesť smeti, navliecť a zvliecť posteľné prádlo, Odchod medzi 8:00 - 10:00.

Séjour très agréable en cette saison car Cassis n’est pas envahi et nous avons pu profiter de magnifiques balades dans l

La proximité de l’appartement par rapport au centre ville et la vue sur le port et le château La terrasse aux beaux jours cela doit être très agréable .

Il manque un toilette accessible depuis les parties communes de l’appartement car dérangeant pour le couple dans la chambre sans salle de bain et WC de devoir aller dans une des chambres pour accéder notamment au WC. Petit détail, il manque un essor salade en accessoire de cuisine
