Fantastic holiday in a beautiful area

Beautiful property in a fabulous location between Cassis and the Calanques, easily walkable to each. Small private decked area with comfortable seating and table. Shared pool and garden area with BBQ, table tennis and pétanque

Calm spacious house close to the Calanques

Very spacious, clean, well equipped, warm pool and very good Terrasse. And the location … 5 min from the Calanques, we went hiking and swimming very often. No car noise, everyone just walking around. We did a workation week in this house and the internet was very strong and stable even outside.

The location is perfect for hiking and swimming - walk down the street and you're at the calanque port-miou. The spaces have been well-lived in, but have everything you'll need, and the pool, private parking, and private outdoor spaces are a wonderful addition.

A great property, with a warmed up pool, but pay attention to the distance to shops & conditions

The apartment was nice, comfortable, although a little small (but that's in the description). The garden, both of our apartment and the common area was excellent. The neighborhood is great, beautiful houses around and is quiet. The swimming pool was excellent (indeed warmed up as per the property description), and we saw it being cleaned by the robot. It's also perfectly located for exploring the Calanques national park, since it's very near to the entrance of it.

It's quite a walk to get to the nearest shops, including boulangerie, 20-25 mins one way and going up and down the hill. It's also pretty far from all the restaurants and the quay. See the conditions of the rent: we were charged for the blankets and the towels, which was part of the contract, but normally you would not expect that from the apartment rent. Also we were charged for the cleaning. The owner also requested 15 eur/person for renting the towels/blankets although it said 10 eur in the property description. So, pay attention.

The swimming pool was very clean. The property was located very close to The Calanques, which was great for accessing the beautiful beaches there.

I have never stayed in a property that did not even provide a whole toilet roll, or any soap. The provision was basic and the host met us with a list of additional things we needed to pay for.

it was a very comfortable place to stay, and the pool was a true refreshment in the afternoon.

The location is quieter as its near to the N.P Calanque which is a fantastic place for MT biking, hikes, snorkel, paddle boarding and swims

It wasn't at all convenient that the arrival times were within a set time frame. However, the host accommodated to have someone open the apartment for us, as we arrived earlier than expected. I liked the fact that the apartments were enclosed with a gate and security lock.

Situated optimally with regard to the Calanques and Cassis. Great as starting point for trekking.

No Air Conditioning (windows had too be open at night but then, there was lots of mosquitoes, and noise from the neighbouring), and the house and the pool area need some repair.

Lovely. I would definitely return.

I loved the location of the property, very handy for walking to the Calanques, and very tranquil. I loved the grounds. There is an area for sitting and relaxing, a pétanques area, and the pool, which was still just warm enough for swimming in mid October. It is really a lovely setting, and not too far to walk to the centre.

The lighting in the kitchen/living room was poor. Everything else was fine, but my arrival didn't go as planned. I thought someone would meet me with the key.

Schöne Anlage mit Pool für Sommer. Gute Kommunikation mit Eigentümer per Telefon.

Im Winter zu feucht, etwas schimmelig im Bad und kaum zu Heizen mit der kleinen AC. Küche dürftig ausgestattet und weit entfernt von Restaurants.

Ik zou dit niet aanraden

Mooie ligging. Was op 10 minuutjes wandelen van heel wat wandelroutes. Door autoproblemen kwamen we na middernacht aan, en werden telefonisch begeleid naar ons appartement.

- De badkamer had geen raam, waardoor het vochtig werd in heel het appartement aangezien de deur van de badkamer niet sloot. - Er werd €10 per persoon aangerekend voor handddoeken en beddengoed, maar krijgen slecht 1 handddoek per persoon voor 3 nachten. Gezien het vochtig was in de badkamer was deze ook niet droog de volgende dag. - Bovendien werd er ook €30 gevraagd voor de schoonmaak, dit stond ergens in de kleine letters geschreven.. - Ventilatiesysteem maakt veel lawaai - Na 15 minuten douchen werd het water koud - De sofa in de living was heel vies, vol vlekken.

Passable et du coup peu resté dans le logement.

Propre, literie en 160 ok, équipement de cuisine ok, parking gratuit aisé, bien placé pour les balades dans les calanques.

Il faut attendre d'être sur place pour appeler et savoir comment se passera l'accueil et récupérer les clés, la piscine n'est plus chauffée, simple vitrage avec petite capacité de chauffage sur une semaine frisquette (polaire obligatoire au salon), ménage payant en liquide obligatoire en fin de séjour, paiement supplémentaire de 40 euros pour une charge de voiture électrique en dépannage (plus du double de la valeur), relations complexe avec le propriétaire qui semble observer sa cours en vidéo.

Ein Ort an dem der Urlaub mit Entspannung und Entschleunigung beginnt. Super geeignet für ausgedehnte Wanderungen im Nat

Die unmittelbare Lage in der Nähe des Nationalpark des Calanques. Die ruhige Umgebung mit dem eigenen Pool. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft.

Alles war in Ordnung, die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Außergewöhnliche Lage

Sehr netter Gastgeber, der einen zur Schlüsselübergabe auf Abruf erwartet. Die Lage des Appartement in einem Villenviertel von Cassis gelegen ist unmittelbar am Rande der Calanque ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Nationalpark. Highlight sind die private Dachterrasse und der Gemeinschsftpool (für vier Wohneinheiten). Sehr schönes funktionales Bad.

Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Küche ist sehr spärlich, Küche ist sehr klein und man sollte einiges selbst mitbringen, falls man vor hat zu kochen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur mit Auto möglich.

Vacances en famille au calme! +++

Emplacement top, très calme, piscine partagée avec 3 autres locataires néanmoins assez spacieuse et peu de croisement, terrasse indépendante sans aucun vis à vis, plage à proximité moins de 10 minutes de marche, port à moins de 20 minutes. Lieu exceptionnel, calanques en bas de la rue, point de rencontre pour kayak idem... Pour changer de la plage et farniente un peu, nous avons visité 3 vignobles,....de très beaux sites également. Le logement 4 personnes est parfait pour une famille, pour 4 adultes cela peut-être un peu juste, Néanmoins l'environnement étant simplement magnifique nous n'avons aucun regret sur notre choix, nous reviendrons .

Superbe séjour à Cassis

- Emplacement proche des calanques, de la plage - Gérant disponible - piscine chauffée, transats toujours disponibles - rapport qualité / prix - propreté - appartement fonctionnel et climatisé - proximité des transports (vélos électriques au bout de la rue, navette vers le centre et la gare à quelques mètres). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 👍

Bien pour une nuit pour deux personnes. Peut-être moins pour les jeunes. Endroit nécessitant du calme.

Le fait de pouvoir se garer sur place était important pour nous. L’emplacement plutôt agréable, il suffit de descendre quelques minutes à pied pour atteindre la plage.

Léger sentiment de « non détente », du aux nombreuses règles miss en place sur le livret d’accueil, règlement intérieur etc. Compréhensible évidemment vu la qualité de la maison, mais nous laisse un peu « stressée » en vacance. Également pour l’accueil, fait un peu à la chaîne, manque d’un petit plus.

Super logement, piscine exceptionnelle. Je reviendrai.

La situation est parfaite pour des randos dans les calanques, le logement Nr. 1 est très bien équipé et propre avec une grande terrasse en hauteur avec vue sur la piscine. La piscine est chauffée et avec des sièges et parasols autour. La cour est prévue pour garer les voitures et est sécurisée. Le propriétaire vient tous les jours s occuper de la piscine et du jardin et accueillir les nouveaux arrivants ou récupérer des clefs. Il y a 4 logements. Il y a un coin barbecue commun, une piste de boules et une table de ping Pong. La climatisation fonctionne très bien.

La seule remarque à savoir est que c est un peu loin du centre surtout quand il fait chaud car pour revenir de la plage ça monte beaucoup. Il y a beaucoup de parking dans le centre de Cassis mais ils sont souvent déjà complets en juin et j imagine que c est encore pire en juillet/ août . Ce n est pas vraiment négatif mais il faut le savoir avant car une voiture est nécessaire et on tourne un peu pour trouver une place.
