Gorgeous location, host was not communicative

It was an UNREAL amazing location

Our host Natalie said she would pick us up at the train station and never showed. She was not communicative the entire duration of stay. She was also late letting us into the apartment and was not helpful to us trying to locate the apartment. We had to buy more toilet paper and she also over charged us for the tourist tax. She also made us pay for linens. The washer was not working and we notified her immediately and she did not respond after she said she would respond between 9-9 every day. It really made us sad because the apartment is so beautiful and could be a 10/10 if we just had the basics met. Having a communicative host is really important when you travel internationally and she could not meet our basic needs.

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Cassis

Great location. Beautiful view...right on the beach. Easy access to the Calanques and beautiful Cassis. This was our 3rd year to stay here and it never disappoints! All the modern amenities!

We loved the location and enjoyed our stay. The apartment could be made more comfortable.

This apartment has a stunning view of the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace. And though it is not in central Cassis, we were there for hiking in the Calanques. The apartment is adjacent to the hiking route, so we were very quickly out of town and into nature! This was the perfect feature. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were new.

The kitchen was minimally equipped for people who cook their own meals. I would recommend that the host buy more glasses, knives, dishes and utensils. There was no colander for straining pasta, for instance. Also, there was no coffee table in front of the sofa, no place to set a drink or tea while watching TV. This was frustrating. The walls are all bare, no decorations at all on the shelves. No paintings or photos. Very spartan.

The location on the water was amazing.

The summer there is extremely hot. Even when there is some wind it’s in the nineties. They don’t have air conditioning and they don’t even provide a fan. There are mosquitos at night so when you close up all the windows to sleep its sweltering. The furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. The linens for the bed and bath are low quality.

séjour top , vue splendide , quelques petits détails pour que ce soit parfait

le gros point fort est clairement l'emplacement et la vue qui est splendide, le lit de la chambre est très confortable et l'appart etait propre (a part 2 sachets de mentos vides trouvés sous le canapé lit) Malgré les quelques points négatifs notés dans la rubrique qu'avez vous pas apprécié je recommande grandement ce logement pour l'emplacement et la vue.

je n'ai pas aimé que dans l'annonce il ne soit pas indiqué que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de location , et le découvrir ensuite par message,ça fait des frais imprévus. J'ai moyennement apprécié que la proprietaire me dise que c'était facile de se garer sur des places gratuites à 5 min alors qu'on a mis 40 minutes a trouver une place à 10 bonnes minutes à pieds et avec les sacs et 2 enfants c'est sport ! un micro ondes serait le bienvenu dans un logement classé haut de gamme étant donné le prix

Vue mer et pieds dans l’eau. Idyllique !

Séjour parfait avec cette vue magique. Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment et avec une grande souplesse. À 3 mn de la plage du Bestouan et 15 du port ou des calanques, tout est à portée de main pour des vacances parfaites.

Vue et localisation magique.

Vue et localisation en bord de mer magique. Dormir avec le bruit des vagues très reposant, réveil par le soleil. Espace très bien agencé incluant des grandes fenêtres et une belle terrasse. Grande espace cuisine avec four et lave vaisselle. Ideal pour explorer les Calanques d'une part et le port / centre d'autre part.

Linge de lit et serviettes non inclus dans le prix de la location (ce qui est devenu rare sur booking). Quelques capsules de café de bienvenu serait un atout supplémentaire.

La vue est magnifique, c'est un vrai plus, on ne s'en lasse pas. L'appartement est très calme, fonctionnel et bien équipé, lit très confortable, la terrasse, où l'on peut manger, un vrai plus. On peut se baigner au pied de l'immeuble ou à 2 min à pied sur une petite plage. Une vraie parenthèse enchantée !

Ce sont de petits détails, mais comme nous sommes certainement plus habitués aux AirB'nB à l'étranger, où nous n'avons ni à payer le prêt des draps et serviettes (26 euros pour 2 !), ni à acheter sel, papier toilette (un rouleau pour 4 jours à 2)… Et pour le prix de la location, il est vrai que l'on s'attendrait à de petites attentions qui ne coûtent pas grand-chose mais qui demeurent appréciées et appréciables…

Wir mussten lange warten bis wir in die Wohnung gelassen wurden , Bett war nicht bezogen , wurden abgezockt 122 € für Bettwäsche und Kurtaxe , ohne Beleg hat sich Nathalie einfach eingesteckt , Check out keiner war da , nie wieder

L'appartement est assez dénudé...le stricte nécessaire y se trouve plus ou moins, mais, par exemple, au lieu de 3 petits verres il pourrait y avoir 4 ou 6, etc... 2 capsules pour le café? Peut-être des fleurs ou une bouteille de vin pour accueillir les locataires? Mais le prix est raisonnable et la vue et la lumière splendides...

Fantastisk beliggenhed.

Indretning af lejligheden kunne være bedre. Stolene ikke så komfortable. Ville være godt med douche/shampoo, eventuelt lidt vand og kun 1,5 rulle toiletpapir til 2 dage. Adgang fra privat strand til havet svær. Vi brugte Grande Mer.
