This apartment is all about location. The view is stunning

Location, Location, Location. The view from the dining/lounge, bedroom, and balcony was unbeatable and made up for any flaws in the apartment. The apartment was generally well-equipped and comfortable. It was an easy walk into Cassis, and the property was close to both deep-water swimming and a beach. It is also close to the start of the Calanques walking trails.

For a 5-day stay, one roll of toilet paper supplied was ungenerous. Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel should also be provided at the price

Beautifully remodeled apartment on the edge of the sea

We stayed at this location two years ago and the place needed repair, it did not have air conditioning. This apartment had been recently remodeled, it was air conditioned with separate climate controls in the two rooms which we thoroughly appreciate as it was very hot when we visited for a week. The kitchen had most everything you needed except a regular coffee maker but had a "Nepreso" machine which we didn't use as we did't know which coffee pods to purcase at the store. The bathtub backed up but we managed ok as this was the only issue we had with the place other than some miscommunication with Sylvie. It was a wonderful experience and of course the view and location make this an exceptional place to stay. We would love to return again and thank the owner for doing such a wonderful job in remodeling the apartment.

We could only get one key and were always afraid we would lock ourselves out as there is no one to let you back in. We arrived early but had to wait beyond the agreed time to get in even though we had called an hour ahead. We would recommend that guests have the exact amount of tourist tax and linen rental fee to pay upon arrival as there was some confusion about receiving our change up until the moment of our departure. There was no receipt for this payment.

No parking, and parking is hard in Cassis. Had to pay for bedding extra, maybe include that. could have had better base provisions- eg more than 1 loo roll!!

Wonderful location, beautiful views, but the service left much to be desired.

Wonderful location, beautiful view from the window, nicely furnished apartment, overall clean.

Some of the amenities listed in the description were missing – there was no iron, ironing board, or toiletries. We had to buy the toiletries ourselves, and the iron was delivered only at the end of our stay after several requests. Additionally, towels and bed linen were charged extra, there was mold in the bathroom, and we were asked to leave the apartment before the official check-out time.

Exceptional

THE VIEW IS AMAZING. We arrived with plans to do day trips from the apartment but once we saw the balcony and the view we only ever left to get more wine. It is the perfect spot in Cassis and we cannot wait to go back.

Fabulous location and our stay was superb!

The location cannot be topped. The deck overlooking the sea, the sound of the waves, the easy access to the port, restaurants, and shopping is incredible. If you are hiking the Calanques, this place is right on the road there. I cannot say enough about the location and the value.

This does not relate to the apartment, but to the challenges of transportation in Cassis if you do not arrive by car, but by train. My recommendation: at the train station, take a taxi. Don't try to negotiate your ride to the property with the buses. We were dropped off very far away from the Bestouan beach which is quite near the property. So far in fact that we got completely lost and Thibault, the very nice gentleman who was to greet us at the property had to come and get us in his car. THANK YOU THIBAULT! Had it not been for that, our arrival would have been really challenging.

if you aren't too prim about where you sleep and shower and need a great location

The location and view are amazing.

Having done furnished rentals for decades, I could not possibly imagine or have encountered that I would be charged for sheets and towels and then, the ones that I paid for were in poor condition. Though clean, there were pills (knots) which felt like sand in the sheets -- and only given one bath towel (no beach towels). Luckily my friends provided me one from the flat they were staying at. I obviously was coming from elsewhere (my phone number and language probably would be a clue). If it's really inconvenient for the host to provide those things they should just build it into the price because having correct change is not always possible 1-2 days before arrival. I'd also like to add that there was only ONE roll of toilet paper and while I didn't need more the "what if?" in a town full of seafood is there. I found it petty and unwelcoming that simple things like sheets are old and charged for. None of the light bulbs in any bedroom lamp worked. I ended up unscrewing one bulb from another and only finding them burned out. Bath curtain probably needs to be updated and quite a bit of black mildew in shower.

Katastrophale Parksituation, es gibt zwar gegenüber einen Parkplatz, hier gibt es jedoch nur früh morgens oder spät nachmittags freie Plätze und kostet 30 Euro pro Tag

Situation merveilleuse, logement moderne très confortable. Très bien aménagé. La mer au pied du logement.

Manque de parking disponible dans le quartier. Murs peu insonorisés, on entend bien les voisins et le chien.

Een geweldige last minute trip naar de Franse kust!

Het prachtige uitzicht en de toplocatie dichtbij het centrum! De kamers waren ruim, proper en lekker fris met airco. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer en de leefruimte is fenomenaal. Het appartement heeft ook een privérots vlakbij met trapjes naar beneden. Zalig om in de zee te kunnen gaan!

Aussergewöhnlich grad am Meer ruhig

Die Lage war hervorragend einfach top grad am Meer just wonderful. Sehr schön ist die Wohnung eingerichtet mit viel style,Farben und Herz. Auch ist die Wohnung gross,hell das Bett sehr konfortabel,und die Sicht einfach magnifique grad aufs Meer. Auch Küche mit schönen Geschirr alles vorhanden zum kochen,Wasserkocher Expressomaschine,Abwaschmaschine etc.. Auch Bad mit Waschmaschine Badewanne,gute Dusche,heisses Wasser

Leider ist es etwas ringhörig. Ich hatte zeitweise sehr lauteNschbarn mit bellendem Hund
