Great location for exploring area.

Great view of town, fully equipped apartment.

Check in, due to poor internet connection in Cassis, messages at pre arranged contact time crossed, making it confusing for us and the poor lady trying to meet us. It would have been easier for us to have been told much earlier in the day where to meet. No wifi, which we knew, but as internet poor it may he beneficial.

The location was excellent, the view was incredible, the apartment was spotless, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, Nathalie who welcomed us was absolutely lovely!

While the apartment was clean and functional, I found the bed uncomfortable and the decor somewhat lacking in style, though of course, that’s a personal preference and might not bother others.

Excellent view but not so good apartment.

The location and the view of the apartment was exceptional. The parking space for the car as well was very good.

The apartment was very old and there was a very bad smell inside. Out of the 4 days I stayed there I had to keep the windows open every morning and evening in order to make it possible to sleep in the night. It would be a good idea the owners to make a visit the previous day and make a cleaning of the house.

Incredible views and location so close to town

The location and the view were absolutely incredible. There was parking on site in a gated community and the place was very spacious.

You have to pay an additional 13 euro per person for linen (towels and sheets) and they didn’t include a blanket or duvet. There is also no wifi at the property.

An nice vacation apartment, great location, with negatives

View from the terrace is amazing and the apartment is just a short distance from the harbor. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Sanitary rooms are all fine and clean. Parking is absolutely no problem -- something which is not to be taken for granted in Cassis!

However, for the price they are asking, you would expect everything to be satisfactory. Yet the bed was sagging and a catastrophe for sleeping two. It should be replaced. A bed should be at least sleepable. Also for that price, you would think that Wifi would be included (would cost the landlord maybe €30 a month, so just €1 a day). And to top it off, you have to pay extra for the sheets and you don't even get a full roll of toilet paper. Fix these simple things and the place would be well worth the price.

Great location with top view of the harbour !

The apartment is extremely well located, next to and over-looking the harbor. Well equipped and silent. The balcony is roomy and sunny during most of the day. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our visit to the full. We aim to come back. Nice with fresh flowers in the apartment on arrival !

Stairs to 3rd floor a bit cumbersome if you have heavy luggage. Good value for money, although we were a bit surprised that, apart from the compulsory 70 EUR surcharge for cleaning on top of the announced price for the apartment (paid in advance) we had (on arrival) to pay both 26 EUR för linen/towels in spite of the ad on Booking.com stating that linen/towels “are featured in the apartment” and also some 40 EUR for 2 pax for 7 days in “Taxe de séjour” although, again, the ad on Booking.com specifically mentioned that “City tax” was included in the price.

L'emplacement, le parking et la vue sont au top

Pour être parfait, l'appartement mériterait deux lampes de chevet qui permettent de lire, une patère derrière la porte de la salle d'eau, le mode d'emploi du petit four dans la cuisine, et la lampe sur le pallier qui ne fonctionne pas.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Meer!

Die Lage ist sehr gut und "Check in" sowie "Check out" unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist fußläufig zum Hafen und den Restaurants. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Grundsätzlich ist das Appartement in Ordnung und die vollausgestattete Küche sehr praktisch.

Das Appartement könnte etwas sorgfältiger gereinigt werden und das Laminat ist im Flurbereich extrem gewellt, so dass das Darüberlaufen zum einen immer laute Geräusche hervorgerufen hat und zudem stellt es auch eine Stolperfalle dar.

Séjour fin novembre

La vue est superbe. Le volume de l'appartement est parfait pour deux personnes.

Ce logement est pratiquement inlouable en ce moment en semaine à cause d 'un important chantier devant l'entrée de la résidence . Nous avons eu droit au marteau piqueur toute la semaine. Malgré la belle météo nous ne pouvions pas être constamment à l'extérieur donc les moments à l'appartement étaient un peu douloureux......

Na kilka dni ok

Godny polecenia był tylko widok, odległość do plaży i duże okno tarasowe. Parking pod mieszaniem,

podłoga porostu „pływała“ , mieszkanie musiało być zalane ,dlatego podniosło panele. Brak WiFi Poza tym wystrój nie zgodny ze zdjęciami z Bookingiem, dodatkowo inny ekspres do kawy. (Zakupiłem nie tą kawę)

Belle vue mais appartement et prestations décevant s

Équipement minimaliste. Mobilier disparate ,Emmaüs ? Pas de notice pour électroménager. Tout payant. Pas de pinces à linge, tapis douche en option. Matelas 190, sommier 2m, économie ? Oreillers déplorables. Pas de couverture ou option ? Parquet neuf très flottant se soulève, mal posé ? Si réclamation pour avoir poêle bon état, cela déplaît et on vous donne poêle premier prix. Tout est fait à l'économie, dommage car pourrait être chouette si fait avec goût. Touriste pigeon ?

Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique. Séjour exceptionnel !

L’appartement est très joli et bien décoré , de plus il est propre et surtout très agréable. Le balcon avec vue sur mer donne bien sûr envie d’y rester des heures ! La vue est époustouflante. La localisation est parfaite et le quartier très agréable. Cela vaut le coup, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à Nathalie qui est très sympathique !

La taxe de séjour est un peu chère ce qui nous a un peu surpris sur le coup, mais ce sont les tarifs dans ce cadre la. Il faut juste s’y attendre pour ne pas se faire surprendre. Sinon rien a redire !

Grille-pain pas utilisable, machine à café mais pas de capsules, difficile d'en trouver qui soient compatibles,si on ne s'y connaît pas, il y a un lave-linge, mais de nouveau - il faudrait acheter du poudre-lessive, pour 4 jours pas rentable. J'aurais apprécié du papier essuie-tout dans la cuisine, Je n'ai pas apprécié les oreillers en fin de vie

L’emplacement idéal à 2mn à pied du port, la vue, la place de parking (indispensable à Cassis)

On voit que tout est fait pour mettre l’appartement au goût du jour (et c’est très bien), en revanche il doit y avoir des problèmes d’humidité, la peinture est écaillée à certains endroits et il est indispensable d’ouvrir les fenêtres régulièrement pour ne pas avoir d’odeur.

Super appartement dans un endroit super sympa

La vue est incroyable et l'emplacement proche de tout. Nous avons pu garer la voiture devant l'appartement. Tout était facile à atteindre à pied, même s'il y avait un peu de montée.

Nous avons dû attendre 10 minutes pour avoir la clé. La tringle de douche était desserrée. Sinon super !

Séjour très agréable avec vue

L'appartement jouit d'une vue magnifique sur le port et le Cap Canaille avec un balcon permettant de déjeuner à l'extérieur. A deux pas du port de Cassis, l'emplacement est excellent.

Le rangement pour les vêtements (pas d'armoire), seulement une commode.
