We had the loveliest time. We would absolutely rent this apartment again.

The apartment looks over the beautiful bay of Cassie’s. The photo is absolutely accurate. The apartment is very comfortable all appliances you need to get by. Plus, there is a washer and dryer which is very helpful. It is so close to town! And kiss is just about the prettiest loveliest village on the Mediterranean you could ask for.

Superb location

Location was superb, balcony & view great

Arrival information - messaged to us late, when we were actually there (the premises actual address/ tricky directions hadn’t been supplied till then) no concierge to greet guests, all by WhatsApp, misleading to locate the key it was by block C door not the front gate(& Katia at Welkeys didn’t take feedback well) Poor first impression of Welkeys !

The stairs, taxi’s couldn’t come up the hill, no instructions for anything, unit was dirty when I arrived and the front door key jammed at least half the time until it finally broke and I was left sitting in the stairwell for 2 hours awaiting a locksmith.

Great stay

The bright living room and the balcony with the wonderful view and sun from 8 am to 5 pm, as well as the location of the apartment. Close to the port with all the stores and restaurants and close to the Calanques - we could go hiking right from the apartment. The host (a company) was caring and responded quickly when needed. Free and easy parking (a big advantage in Cassis).

There were only minor inconveniences, but we therefore found the overall price too high. E. g.: The deposit amount seemed a bit excessive to us, but ok, it is mentioned when booking. What is not mentioned is that you still have to pay a fee of 7 EUR for leaving the deposit. The check-in information was sent to us very late, therefore, as we arrived in the dark, it was a challenge to find key and entrance. The bed was so soft and lopsided that I as a tall person could not use it and we moved to the folding sofa in the living room (which was fine for us at the end). The duvet was far to warm but there was no lighter alternative. The TV didn't work properly and there were no instructions how to get it work.

Gute Lage in Cassis, Charme der Sechziger

Gute Lage nah am Hafen von Cassis, recht groß, schöner Balkon, großer Kühlschrank

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, kaum brauchbares Küchenzubehör, schlechte Messer und Pfannen, enges Bad und Toilette, teilweise defekte Möbel auf der Terrasse etc. Bei Ankunft ist niemand da, der Schlüsseltresor liegt versteckt im Beet. Die Lösung mit der Kaution, die zwingend über eine Kreditkarte geleistet werden muss, ist maximal unsinnig. Man zahlt zusätzliche Gebühren. Das Personal ist nicht in der Lage die Zahlung in Bar anzunehmen. Darüber hinaus stellt sich die Frage, für was in dieser doch eher abgewohnten Wohnung 800€ Kaution fällig werden könnten.

Die Lage , tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und die sich kümmern und gleich antworten wenn man sie braucht.

Ich könnte jetzt schreiben das es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört den man hat ja auch nicht immer die ordentlichsten Gäste. Für uns war alles super.

Voici une belle adresse pour de courts séjours, nous y reviendrons.

Appartement moderne, très bien refait, et très propre. A notre arrivée, un peu stressés car la bâtisse date des années 70. Mais en fait, c'est vraiment impeccable. La cuisine ouverte est superbement équipée, tout le confort y est. Beaucoup de vaisselles et d'ustensiles de cuisine (il y a même un appareil à raclette). Réfrigérateur américain donnant eau fraîche et glaçons. Le basique en épicerie y est (huile, sel, vinaigre, etc.) La chambre est simple mais confortable. La salle d'eau est petite mais avec des rangements pour les produits de toilette. Elle est également équipée d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge. Le séjour offre une superbe vue sur la mer et l'entrée du port de Cassis. Le port de Cassis est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Les restaurants et commerces également. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien, ainsi que la télévision. Nous avons pu garer la voiture juste en bas, sans supplément. L'appartement est au deuxième étage, mais pour les personnes âgées ou les enfants, les escaliers sont très faciles à monter, les marches ne sont pas hautes (environ 15cm)

Ne pas apporter trop de vêtements car il manque des rangements pour une famille, et la penderie est toute petite, tant en hauteur qu'en largeur. La salle de bain sent l'humidité, mais en laissant la porte ouverte, cela passe très bien. Le gros point noir de l'appartement est la douche. Le flexible fuit au niveau du pommeau, ceci n'est pas bien grave. Mais la robinetterie de la douche est infernale. Une fois les mains savonnées, on ne peut plus tourner les robinets ! Il faut alors se rincer les mains au lavabo, ou prendre une serviette pour tourner les robinets.

Schönes Apartment in super Lage.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super und in einem Ort an der Küste ist die Verfügbarkeit des kostenlosen Parkplatzes wirklich positiv herauszustellen! Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet.

Es gibt zwei Minuspunkte: 1) Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und man hört alles von den Nachbarn. 2) Die Abwicklung der Buchung läuft über Welkeys. Dort macht man Check In / Check Out und muss eine Kaution hinterlegen. Das ist allerdings leider super kompliziert und nervig. Die Platform funktioniert nicht richtig und man wird mit Mails zugeschüttet.
