o colchão da cama de casal parecia bem usado, acordei com dores nas costas, tanto que acabei dormindo no sofá cama que tinha um colchão muito melhor .

Son emplacement idéal à qq mn à pied du port, la vue du balcon ( on a même pu voir le feu d artifices du balcon!), le parking , la clim! Hôte très sympa !

Certains équipements ne fonctionnent pas : le four, la bouilloire mais cela a été signalé ça peut arriver!

The deposit of 800€ is excessive and in my opinion really not necessary. You need to be skilled at escape games to understand the key collect procedure…

The apartment is in a wonderful location and has an absolutely breathtaking view. Having breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking Cassis was truly amazing. This was our first trip to the French Riviera, and we had planned the entire trip completely by ourselves. Despite the issues described below, we genuinely liked the apartment itself and really enjoyed our stay in Cassis. ATTENTION! Please only book this apartment if you are prepared to pay an additional €800 security deposit on top of the accommodation price and potentially wait up to 24 days for its return. Please read this carefully to the end so you don’t end up in the same situation we did. This was our first trip to the French Riviera, and we had planned the entire trip completely by ourselves. We were travelling around France and organising everything on the go. We booked this apartment while literally standing on one leg in a crowded bus on our way to the mountain village of Èze. We were in the middle of our trip, trying to organise everything from the bus, and unfortunately we did not read every single line of the booking conditions carefully enough. We saw the accommodation price and the taxes, everything seemed fine, so we confirmed and paid for the booking. Only afterwards did I receive an email from the property management company informing me that I had to pay an €800 security deposit. I was honestly shocked. It was already the end of our trip, and I simply did not have that amount of money available anymore. I immediately tried to cancel the booking, but because there was very little time left before check-in, cancellation was no longer possible. Instead, they reduced the amount of the deposit, but I still had to pay it. In my opinion, a requirement to pay such a large security deposit should be stated clearly and prominently in the main property description, not hidden in small print or somewhere at the bottom of the conditions that guests may not read. I have travelled quite a lot and have booked many properties through Booking.com, and honestly, this was the first time in my life I had encountered a situation like this with such a large security deposit. And the problems did not end there. According to the conditions, the deposit should be returned within 14 days. We checked out and left the apartment in perfect condition.
