View and location is Great. Beaches are just few steps away. Cassis may be the most beautiful town in Cot d’Azur.
There’s no kitchen, so its a need for long stays. Management is not very responsive. The AC downstairs works continuously. Its unstoppable. Sometimes it gets too cold in the middle of your sleep.

View and location is unbeatable. Close to beach. Renting a boat is easier than finding a park spot for your car. We were to spend 12 days in Provence and we planned to change our accommodation every 3 or 4 days. When we see the apartment we quit all or plans and booked every night available during our travel time. We made day trips from cassis which we fall in love with.
For stays more than few days a kitchen would be a plus. AC downstairs works continuously. Its unstoppable and sometimes It gets very cold in the middle of your sleep. There’s a covered parking lot few steps away but its expensive. Management is not very responsive.
