The location is perfect. The apartment is very tidy and full of light. The host is friendly, organized and speaks English well. The furniture could use an upgrade. The living room couch is not comfortable. The shower is nice. Cassis itself is an amazing town and the calanques are spectacular!

The appartement had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and is situated in a nice area, close to the beach, the grocery store and within walking distance to les Calanques. Our visit to Cassis was only for a few days, but we hope to return to Cassis and this appartement in the near future.

The property was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. I rely heavily on reviews when traveling internationally, and while this place had many positives, our experience didn’t quite meet expectations.The main issue was check-in. The listing stated check-in at 6 PM, but two days before arrival—while already in France—the host messaged asking when we’d arrive. I explained we’d be in Cassis late afternoon at the earliest and shared our itinerary. The host then informed us that we had to be there no later than 5:30 PM or we wouldn’t be able to check in until 11 PM, as he had personal plans at 6. He insisted on meeting us in person and was unwilling to offer any flexibility. I found this unreasonable, especially since the advertised check-in time was 6 PM. I assumed the in-person requirement was due to the gated entrance, but it wasn’t explained—only that he had plans. This last-minute demand forced us to cut our day short, adding stress to a trip we had carefully planned. Other downsides:-No top sheet on the bed, just a bottom sheet and comforter. -Several wall outlets were loose or hanging.-Towels were rough and very worn, felt like canvas-Egg pan was rusted, otherwise kitchen was well stocked-The unit is on a busy roundabout, so it was noisy.Overall, the location and view were good, but the inflexible check-in and worn amenities detracted from the experience. With better communication and a few upgrades, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

The location was ideal, close to the marina, but still quiet and peaceful. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We felt truly welcomed and at home. This apartment is wonderful. Close to grocery, the sliders open wide to let in fresh breezes. Fabio met us there and was very thorough and provided maps and directions and options for things to do. The walk into town is easy and short. Nice place away from hustle but only a short walk. Plenty of things to cook with. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great stay.

This property is perfect for a lovely stay in Cassis. The location is ideal, and the spacious, light-filled main room offers beautiful views and a long balcony for work, meals or just relaxing. Comfy beds, a well-appointed kitchen and a great shower made for a truly wonderful stay. And, last but not least, Flavio is the nicest host we've ever had. High ly highly recommend!

We had a lovely trip to Cassis. The apartment was clean and bright, with a large living area and lovely views from the balcony. Convenient parking and an easy walk to the supermarket and down to the port. Flavio was friendly and welcoming, communicates well and a perfect host. Cassis itself is a lovely place for a break, Les Calanques are so beautiful, they require some effort to explore on land but so worth it! Cap canaille was a great evening drive to take a walk along the cliff and watch the sunset. Lots of places to eat in Cassis, and 2 easy access beaches, I imagine they get very busy in peak season but the water was very clear and plenty of fish to look at at Bestouan beach. Overall a recommended stay!

Perfect little apartment with great location. 10/10 experience, would 100% recommend booking this place. Only minor complaint is that only a half roll of toilet paper was provided. I know VRBO does not require providing it, however I’d put it in the same basic amenity category as hand soap and dish washing liquid and it should be provided in my opinion.

We have been visiting Cassis for many years. It's a really beautiful little village with a lot of possibilities for culture and nature enthusiasts. This time we decided to come for a few days at very short notice and consider ourselves very lucky to have come across Flavio's apartment offer. Not only that the tastefully furnished and beautifully light-filled apartment allows a great view on the sea and Cape Canaille in the sunset, but also the way to the heart of Cassis, the small port, is within easy walking distance. In addition, a particular nice feature of the spacious apartment was the gas stove and the equipment in the kitchen, which made the stay a real pleasure. Through his warm, open and accommodating manner, we had already felt very comfortable with Flavio through the first communication before our arrival. His welcome on site made us feel immediately welcome and at home. Whether we were looking for tips on cultural activities, restaurants or had general questions, Flavio was always very helpful, friendly and well-informed. It was a great pleasure to meet him and we would rent from him again anytime.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Cassis apartment. Our host was very welcoming and supplied plenty of information about the area. He was friendly and available to answer any questions we might have. He was also very flexible even about the checkout time on the day of our departure which was an added benefit. The apartment has beautiful views of the castle, the sea and Cap Canaille. It is just a short walk to the charming old town area and port/beach. We were able to easily walk from the apartment to pick up the path to walk to the Calanques. There is also a supermarket within short walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed, was immaculate, and I appreciated the nice decor. There was plenty of room, it was in a quiet building/neighborhood and we were very glad to have dedicated parking included. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Flavio was wonderful - so nice and helpful as a host. The apartment is located a short walk up the hill from the picturesque harbor and center of town. No need for a car if you are staying in town as we did. Loved all the sliding glass doors which allowed plenty of fresh air when a lovely breeze was blowing, plus great powered shades to block the hot sun in the morning. A/C was a blessing for hot summer nights. There is traffic noise when the doors are open, but it is not even noticeable with them closed and the A/C on. Everything in the flat was clean and updated in Flavio's simple, modern style. The nearby Calonques are beautiful and the sea was gorgeous and refreshing. There is a supermarket only a couple of minutes walk up the road with all the supplies you could want. We'd highly recommend staying in Flavio's wonderful place in Cassis!

We had a great stay at this apartment in casis , it is in a fantastic location with a great view from the balcony to the sea , we were Flavio's first clients to rent but could not expect more .
