The apartment's location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and all major attractions within walking distance. This is undoubtedly its strongest feature.

However, the property is significantly older and more worn than it appears in the photos. The mezzanine floor is particularly problematic, as it creaks loudly with every movement. Anyone sleeping on the lower level is likely to be disturbed whenever someone walks upstairs. The toilet is also unusually noisy. The apartment itself is quite compact and can only be accessed by climbing three flights of stairs. Carrying luggage up and down is challenging, and the stairs may be difficult or even unsafe for elderly guests. Families with young children should also be aware of this issue. We arrived on a Sunday and experienced difficulties collecting the key. Unfortunately, it was not easy to reach the property managers by phone or message, which made the check-in process more stressful than it should have been. Overall, while the location is outstanding, the condition of the property, the noise issues, and the access challenges made our stay less comfortable than expected. The listing would benefit from a more accurate description of these aspects so that future guests can make a fully informed decision.
