Absolutely amazing!
We loved our stay here. The appartment really exceeds all expectations and everything went super easy from the check in to the check out. The view is gorgeous and everything is a 5-10 minutes walk away (city center and beach). The beds are comfortable and the appartment very well equipped. We absolutely loved this place and we have never rented something this comfortable before, just amazing. It is even nicer than the pictures on Booking. Thank you for a great week in Cassis!!

Terrible. Do not expect any service or help from host if you have any issues with apartment.
Kitchen was nice. The apartment is large in size with three bedrooms. The view from the balcony (which is beautiful) suckered me into renting this sub-par place. Property manager failed to mention that the dryer was missing, and when we inquired he said it was "recently" in the shop to get fixed. Hard to believe when he wasn't upfront about it. Single toilet is fine, if it's working properly.
***RESPONSE: We left the place exactly the way we found it. The exception being the toilet button that had come apart when trying to use it. I told Bernard we wanted to checkout about a 2 hours after check in. Took us that long to figure out if we could find another place to stay on such short notice. Maria wasn’t available to come back out. Her schedule didn’t allow apparently. Wanted to hand keys back to someone. Bernard, the next day, said to leave keys inside and close door behind me. I said ok and sent him a picture of the apartment with the keys on the table. His fear of damage to the apartment is unfounded. We did NOT do laundry, nor did we take a shower. Shower was never used. They didn't have to clean the unit, because there was nothing to clean. We’ve had a dozen of good experiences booking through Booking.com and this was terrible. I was super frustrated that we had to deal with this during our limited vacation time. We did not stay there but about two hours total. Never stayed the night. Moving on with my life. So glad we found another place to stay in another nearby city on the coast.
BEWARE: This is part of an older local apartment complex. The driveway to unit says private property, "do not enter" signs with an inoperable access gate that is locked upright. The property listing says they speak English, but Maria (who you meet for check-in) does not. Bernard's English is marginal (property manager who responds to inquiries through Booking). Maria showed up on time with her daughter to help. Super odd, Maria had a very recent bloody lip/face, holding a paper towel to her mouth the whole time while we checked in. My wife speaks a little French so they pointed out things inside all in French. The apartment building's exterior had paint peeling and looked dirty, and the building next door had scaffolding being put up for construction. Lots of noise. The stairwell was dark, old, and smelled terribly musty. Any stairwell noise could be clearly heard in the apartment. The apartment looks nice in the pictures, but is deceiving. We were looking forward to having laundry there, a washer AND dryer, as listed in the description and shown in the pictures. Realized after check-in that the dryer was missing. After both 1st and 2nd use of the toilet, the flush button on top wouldn't release, causing the water to constantly run loudly. I had to take the toilet top off and fiddle with the mechanism to stop it from constantly running. All the sheets and blankets on the beds looked tired, beds VERY soft. The flooring had gaps and water damage in a few places. The sliding door's lock on the balcony didn't lock. The entry door had three locks on it which made us wonder why they need so many locks? My wife and I didn't feel safe there, and were frustrated by the lack of dryer and broken toilet. We booked a different place last minute at great expense to us. Tried to checkout same day, gave him the reasons, and Bernard sent us a message back agreeing to a refund. But, now he refuses to refund anything. Bernard won't respond.

Séjour en groupe à Cassis
Appartement grand et lumineux, très bien doté côté cuisine avec lave vaisselle bien pratique en groupe.
Pour bénéficier d'une belle vue sur le cap Canaille, l'appartement est dans les hauteurs de Cassis. Il faut donc des bons mollets pour y accéder à pied...
Mais on s'habitue et on fait de la Gymn !

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt
Die Lage der Wohnung ist phantastisch, man kann alles (Hafen, Innenstadt, Strände) zu Fuß erreichen, und man hat einen sensationellen Blick auf das Cap Canaille. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt ausgestattet.
