Place not as advertised. Negative experience!

The location was exceptional. Also the size of the apartment was reasonable.

We got this place mainly because we have a kid and we wanted the comfort of a kitchen. Despite that we were told there would have been basic cooking stuff, there was no oil, no coffee, no sugar. The place is not bright as in the pics, it's dark and there is no ventilation in the toilets that makes the rooms stinky. We found the place tidy but not deep cleaned at all. The bed sheets were old and dusty. Me and my daughter got an allergic reaction during the night. There are old blankets and rugs wrapped all over the place. One of the toilet has a weird old flushing system that makes everything harder and the other bathroom had the shower not working. Also, a lot of ants on the floor.

We had a good time but I would prefer a place with more light next time.

We were met by the property agent who showed us around the apartment. Apartment was well equipped and close to centre of Cassis.

It’s a very dark apartment with little natural light. We paid €50 extra for sheets and towels. The towels were thin and not very big. Probably would have been better off bringing our own than paying the extra.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to people/families wishing to enjoy Cassis!

We had a lovely stay in Cassis and this apartment was perfect in every way. We were given a warm greeting by our host. She ensured that we were well oriented to the apartment. She was very responsive via text for any questions (e.g. where to dispose of the garbage). The apartment itself was so well located - on a quiet street behind the pier. We were 2 mins from shops and restaurants galore... not to mention the beach. The A/C was top notch and the beds were comfortable. We didn't cook but we did use the fridge and Nespresso. We felt lucky to be so well-located in such a large apartment. We also appreciated having a washing machine. The drying rack was large and stable. The wifi connection was excellent. Thanks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location

The company that operate this property are terrible. The lady didn’t meet us at all when she said she would and left us hanging around waiting after we arrived from the airport. She hung up on my calls when we needed to communicate. On top of this they completely messed up the bedding for our stay and tried to charge us extra for their mistake; when I complained about this they said they didn’t have time for us and threatened to throw us out. Ruined the stay.

Vraiment TOP, je recommande

Situation idéale à 2 pas du port. L'appartement se trouve dans une rue piétonne ce qui permet de garantir la sécurité avec des enfants et pouvoir manger dehors à l'abri sans voiture. J'ai également apprécié avoir une petite réserve alimentaire avec les bases de condiments.

Peut-être avoir 2 ou 3 capsules à café en arrivant serait cool

Idéalement situé, près de toutes les commodités et du port. Appartement parfait pour un beau séjour à Cassis!

La localisation est parfaite. L’appartement est bien grand et avec deux salles de bain, pratique pour les familles nombreuses. Il est très propre et fonctionnel.

Il est un peu sombre malgré les luminaires nombreux.

Le lieu est très agréable, propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé.

La petite fenêtre sans vue dans la grande chambre. Il fait chaud dans la mezzanine.
