Great apartment in a great location with lovely views.

Lovely apartment, short walk to the harbour. Lovely ocean views and a swimming pool with ocean views as well. Clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Parking in a garage was very convenient. Jacques the host was a great host.

disappointing

Good location close to bus station and supermarket

We had a very disappointing stay. The host was unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable from the start. The apartment was poorly equipped – only one roll of toilet paper for 6 people, and no shampoo or shower gel provided. We were also told we had to clean the kitchen utensils or be charged, but they were already dirty upon our arrival. Towels were not included in the booking price and we were unexpectedly asked to pay in cash for them. Thankfully we had cash on hand, otherwise we wouldn’t have had any towels at all. The listing was also misleading. The “third room” advertised with 3 single beds turned out to be the living room, not a proper bedroom. On top of that, the so-called “private pool” is actually shared with the two other apartments in the same house. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.

Short stay in Cassis

Perfect location with stunning views. Short walk to the harbour and local bars/ restaurants. Supermarket 2mins away. Off road parking available. Plenty of space on large terrace for dining and relaxing. Lovely pool. Host very responsive to messages.

We purchased the linen and towel package. Could have done with extra large towel each but minor inconvenience.

A lovely2 day break with fabulous weather for February.

We had a studio apartment with outside patio area to eat or relax. It was a very good price, clean and the host was very helpful with our early arrival time. There was a well equipped kitchen. Short down hill walk to the port.

Pricey Paradise

I loved the pool the one time I was able to use it. Unfortunately the owner did not come up amd open the pool at 9 or even 10am even though he said he would and made it VERY clear that only he opens and closes the pool. The only reason I got to swim in it one time was because he didn't come up to close it at the time he said he would and came up late.

The service of the owner. He was hostile nearly from the beginning. I listed that my expected approximate time of arrival was at 5. He called.at 5 and I was literally driving on the road to get there and said I thought I'd be there by 6:30. He said he couldn't be there because he had a meeting...which turned out to be a tennis session...none of which I mind but none of which is my responsibility. I'm on holiday and may or may not make the exact time of arrival...it is only meant to be an approximation, yet the owner made me feel like I had inconve evinced.hime and even stated.that he left his tennis session early because of me. Honestly, how is this man in business?

Lovely apartment with stunning views

Lovely apartment with stunning views of sea and Cap Canaille, perfectly functional but a bit worn/tired. We think there were 4 apartments in the block but good privacy. We stayed in an upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms. Good points: stunning views, quiet and peaceful, beautiful pool, Aircon, comfy beds, modern bathroom and kitchen, access to washing machine, parking, 2 minute walk to the main supermarket in Cassis, available kit for toddlers/babies includes travel cot, highchair, baby bath.

Bad points: unpleasant smell on arrival which went away after a day or 2 then came back again (something wrong with the drains), not really safe for toddlers (no stair gate, railings around pool area are incomplete, infinity pool means one side has a steep drop), steps from parking area are very steep and rough (a second set of steps are better constructed but because we left the pushchair in the parking area overnight we mainly used the first set), property is up the hill and the final stretch is quite steep especially when carrying beach bags and shopping bags, when windows were opened to clear the smell mosquitos came in (we used a plug-in repellent). Owner was reasonable and responsive. Disappointed that the owner didn't replace the unsafe kettle that didn't stop boiling causing steam to pour through the handle and switch.

The host actually knows English, unlike many other people in that region working in tourism. The apartment is ok and has a nice view to the sea and mountains.

The toilet is basically inside the apartment without a door. There was no soap.

Cassis is beautiful, eating breakfast on the balcony enjoying the magnificent view. We would not hesitate to return, may

enjoyed the sea view from the large balcony. Great pool, plenty of sun beds etc. only 4 apartments so very calm,quiet and relaxing. supermarket very close.

just be aware that the property is located on a hillside. its only a 10 minute walk downhill into town, but heading back you climb 60 metres which is steep in some parts of the route. Once you’re at the gate we had 30+ steps to climb. There is a local bus route which passes the apartment which runs up to 8pm which was useful. there us also parking available for cars.

There were spices, coffee filters and other things like that left from others which was super nice. The property was also responsive to questions.

The property did not supply anything, including garbage bags. Also, the common garbage and recycling bins were overflowing. Although the place was clean on the inside, the outside patio had not been swept and there were a lot of ants which, once swept away, didn’t seem to come back.

Great Location near town with a pool but don't expect good service.

The host was easy to contact and responsive. There was a great view from the terrace and the pool was warm enough to swim in even though it was late March. The apartment was spacious for 4 people and the kitchen although not used was well equipped. The area was quiet and calm.

The host changed our reservation without letting us know (we had to confront him), which meant we paid 10EUR more for a smaller apartment. We didn't mind the 10EUR, but he could have made a commercial gesture of reducing the cleaning fee of 40EUR that we paid after. We brought our own towels and bed sheets, but we didn't think it would be to the point of not having a trash bag and that we had to personally bring the trash out ourselves and was asked to wash up a few coffee cups in the sink at checkout even though we had already paid the cleaning fees (I'm not sure if this is normal, but Ive never had to take my own trash out before on Booking.com). The bathroom was not well designed and water kept leaking out into the living area if not careful, no floor mat was provided neither.

Three comfortable days in delightful Cassis

Modern little studio flat with everything you need for self catering. Infinity pool was lovely but cold in October. Supermarket just down the road. Great view over Cassis but downside was the steep climb back up from town - 10/15mins walk.

Need a door or screen on the toilet/ shower room Parking space is a bonus but very tight for large car.

L emplacement, proche du centre ville et du supermarché, pratique pour les courses.

L endroit pour se stationner nécessite un savoir faire pour sortir au regard de l étroitesse et du manque de visibilité L absence de porte et l espace ouvert côté douche sont pariguliers. De fait question intimité, les WC étant dans la sdb, le simple rideau est insuffisant. Aucune porte chambre WC sdb et coin repas

Parfait !!!

Tout était parfait !!! Magnifique vue, avec la piscine, le matelas du lit était confortable. Le logement sympathique et décoré avec goût !!! La situation était idéale : 2 minutes à pied du supermarché, 10 minutes à pied du centre ville (attention ça grimpe !!!) Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!

Manque de propreté des tables extérieurs ainsi que la piscine qui n’était pas propre. Un peu d’envahissement de la part de la personne qui nous a reçu qui est revenu le lendemain matin au réveil sans prévenir. Annonce trompeuse en gros piscine chauffée puis finalement en tout petit « pas en hiver »… à quoi sert de chauffer la piscine en été ? 4 dosettes de cafés mais 3 sucres et demi … Pas d’eau dans le réfrigérateur Des détails qui permettent de s’améliorer parce que le lieu pourrait être au top mais manque certain détail comme inclure dans le tarif des nuits le linge de maison quitte à augmenter le prix de la nuit.

Très belle résidence,le logement est design,très agréable avec sa terrasse sans vis à vis.Le plus,sa très belle piscine chauffée et son emplacement à qqes minutes à pied du centre de Cassis.Parking sécurisé mais réduit.

L équipement cuisine est moyen (vaisselle etc...),(peut mieux faire).

Magnifique endroit, mais frais supplémentaires excessifs

L’accueil pourrait être un peu plus sympa et moins « militaire ». 10€/personne à payer qu’en cash en plus pour les serviettes et linge de lit ! Ok pour les serviettes un supplément de 10€ pour les 2 personnes ça irait, mais pour un drap non, car on s’attend quand même à pouvoir dormir avec un drap ou alors mettre tous ces frais dans le prix de base. De plus à cette saison (fin septembre), un drap et un simple couvre-lit fin ne suffisent pas, nous avons eu froid. Mettre une couette ou au minimum une bonne couverture à disposition si besoin.

Séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel,

Gîte très confortable et spacieux . La terrasse est grande avec tous les équipements ( table et salon de jardin ) et surtout bénéficie d’une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Cassis. La piscine est incroyable, bien chauffée et un plaisir de contempler le paysage .

Décevant !

La vue panoramique sur la mer et la piscine quand elle est chauffée ! [Le gérant a mis la pompe à chaleur à notre demande au bout de 2 jours ). Proximité du centre ville de Cassis (900 mètres),et le côté très pratique du supermarché qui est à 150 mètres plus bas. Pour finir, il y a moins d'une heure à pied des 2 premières calanques qui sont exceptionnelles.

Studio daté, propreté douteuse (cheveux et crasse dans la douche) , pas d'intimité au niveau des sanitaires, tout est ouvert. Caméra de surveillance dirigé sur notre terrasse (le gérant dit que c'est à cause du vent #mistral qui aurait fait bouger la caméra, sauf qu'au bout d'une semaine cela ne l'a pas interpellé !!). Photos sur Booking.com montre beaucoup plus de photos des appartements que des studios (standard et supérieur) ce qui est trompeur... Pas de volet ou rideau à la baie vitrée et avec les spots qui éclaire fort, cela n'est pas cool... Le gérant propriétaire n'est pas assez à l'écoute de ce qu'on lui dit pour améliorer le standing. Dommage car l'emplacement sur Cassis est top et sympa !
