Nice and well located.
New refurbished apartment, nicely decorated and properly equipped. Well placed, 20 meters from the port, with all what you need just there. Public parking (against a fee) at a reasonable distance. Responsive host.
Surprisingly, the Apartment no. 4 we stayed in, with a bedroom and a separate living, has an “open bathroom” concept in the bedroom. Meaning there is no separation between the toilet, sink and shower cabin and the bedroom. And it appears it was designed in this way on purpose, there is not about space restrictions or others. It is not pleasant, especially with two grade-schoolers around.

Buona posizione ma senza stanza da letto separata e con cucina poco fornita
Appartamento in ottime condizioni e in posizione centrale ma tranquilla alla sera (anche la notte di capodanno).
Dalle foto pubblicate con l'annuncio sembrava che l'appartamento avesse la camera da letto separata. In realtà l' appartamento 1 è composto da una sola stanza nella quale c'è un angolo cottura, un piccolo tavolo e un divano letto, oltre al bagno (non finestrato, senza ventola). Penso non a caso, qualche giorno prima della partenza mi è stato inviato un messaggio proprio per puntualizzare questo aspetto ma a quel punto era troppo tardi per trovare soluzioni alternative. La cucina non era dotata di piatti fondi, né di olio, sale e zucchero. Abbiamo trovato solo 2 cialde per caffè (per 2 persone per 2 notti). L'angolo cottura è poco pratico, lo sgocciolatioio è molto piccolo e non c'è un posto dove riporre le posate bagnate. L'asciugapiatti deve essere appeso alla porta di ingresso dell'appartamento perché non esiste altro posto dove appenderlo. Il mobile del bagno è grande come il lavandino, tanto che non esiste un portasapone (noi lo lasciavamo nel lavandino stesso). Inoltre ha solo un piccolo ripiano sopra al wc per appoggiare i propri effetti personali. Consiglio di pubblicare foto pertinenti all'appartamento, che chiariscano le sue reali dimensioni. Consiglio inoltre di aggiungere qualche gancio in cucina, dei piatti fondi e di dotarla di sale, olio, zucchero e tovaglioli di carta. Aggiungo che i parcheggi di Cassis hanno tariffe che in alta stagione arrivano a oltre 2 euro all'ora (salvo un parcheggio fuori città raggiungibile solo con navetta). Noi abbiamo optato per un parcheggio con tariffe piu accessibili ma che si trovava a circa 15 minuti a piedi di ripida salita. Aggiungo anche che per accedere agli appartamenti è necessario percorrere scale molto ripide. Nonostante ritengo che non sia corretto indurre false aspettative pubblicando foto non pertinenti all'appartamento oggetto della prenotazione, riconosco una nota di merito al gestore che mi ha gentilmente fornito tutte le informazioni che ho richiesto.

לידיעה שלהגיע לדירה 04 - האחרונה יש 48 מדרגות . חדר השינה בחלקו משופע ( עליית גג ) והאסלה פתוחה וחשופה לתוך חדר השינה . הסתדרנו עם כל זה

Fantastisch!
De ligging was zeer goed, midden in het centrum en op wandelafstand van alle leuke activiteiten/stranden! Alles was proper en in orde. We hebben er heel hard van genoten! Het terras was ook echt een meerwaarde.

La salle de bain est complétement ouverte et se trouve dans la chambre (mais nous le saviez avant d'arriver).
Détecteur de fumée installé sur un mur et non au plafond, donc moins efficace en cas d'incendie
