Shabby & charming
The check in process was stressful as I didn't receive the hosts message to arrange the check in. I messaged multiple times on booking.com and was worried we had nowhere to stay. Even though I paid upfront we were required to pay a deposit of €300 upon check in, I didnt see this in the small print of the booking.com page, this should be clearer.
