Finding the property was an issue. Unfortunately the lady we had to contact on arrival was really difficult to understand. However she was very nice and once we managed to get into the apartment it was a very nice property with the best view of Cassis imaginable. The only feedback regards the property would be that it needs a couple of better chairs to sit out and enjoy the balcony. We would definitely stay there again though due to the location and the view.

The harbourside location and the amazing uninterrupted views made this apartment one of our best stays in France. Very well equipped and hosts are on hand if needed. We will definately return.

Lovely apartment with all basic needs met, beautiful views - lighthouse to the right mountain ahead harbour to the left and views over the town... great to see the sunrise and afternoon coffee before the sun highlights the mountain. perfectly located for all the restaurants at the best end of the harbour away from the tourists and hotels. great view from inside the property lounge - one small double with en-suite and a bunk bed in a small room (no window) kitchen and breakfast bar fridge freezer and iron/ironing board - more than enough for a stay, dining table in lounge very open plan perfect to eat in but perfectly located to dine out in all the wonderful restaurants. Easy access (15mins walk) to the start of the Calanque National Park.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The place is in a perfect location right off the main walking area. Those scenic views in the photos are from the apartment and the view in every room including the bathroom is spectacular. The balcony was wonderful to have a glass of wine or breakfast. The furniture in the livingroom and dining area is great/new with room for four people and even a desk. Sheets and towels are good as is the washing machine and hot water in the shower. Check in was fine and it's an easy Uber from the train station to the apartment. However, a few items to note for fellow travelers: 1)the ac is only in the livingroom so in the August heat wave the bedrooms were hot-a few nights we slept on the couch; 2)toilet is small and you need to go through the main bedroom to get to the sink to wash your hands or use the kitchen sink; 3) contrary to the listing there is no bath tub and no oven-you have to use a microwave which has an oven setting-it works for basics but just don't plan a big meal; 4) the pots have no handles so it's harder when cooking with kids; 5) the master bedroom mattress squishes like a cot - replacing it with a solid mattress would be good; 6) Suzanna had good reviews but she was out of town and minus check in/checkout we didn't hear back from the property owner on what's app messages on the ac issue and bathroom. Overall the view and location can't be beat for the price regardless of minor inconveniences

The apartment is ideally situated, nice and bright. View is amazing. Right in town but noise not an issue. Deck was great as was view from the comfortable bright living area. Main bedroom was nice and bunkroom while cramped, my 17 year old and 14 year old were comfortable. The toilet is separate from the shower/sink bathroom that is ensuite to the master. We actually prefer a separate toilet area but just know that they are not adjacent to each other. The toilet room is very small. My 6'2" husband had to open the door if he was sitting on the toilet as there was no room for him to "maneuver". ;-) It's a small detail and would not keep us from returning as the place is great and good value. The host/homeowner is very responsive & had a new washer for us within hours when we discovered it was broken. It wouldn't even unlock to get our dirty clothes out. Unfortunately we did have issues with the house manager, Anna (who was filling in for Susana who gets great reviews). When I asked about free parking she told us we had to use the pay and keep feeding the meter every few hours. This is incorrect. Also, she didn't tell us the washer was broken, so when we discovered it was broken & wouldn't open to release our clothes she then told us she was aware it was broken and told us to contact the owner who was nice & quickly got a replacement within hours. This disrupted our day but the homeowner was very responsive. I would recommend the apartment and would stay again.

Our stay here was one of the highlights of our vacation in Cassis. Unbelievable views of Cap Canaille, the port and sea. Clean and super convenient location too. Mr Nalin and Suzana were very helpful before and during our stay.

3 great days enjoying the harbor views and great location.apartment was well equipped and centrally located with the town easily accessed on foot. No taxis were available to get from the train station to the village center which would have been a good hiké but property manager was able to pick us up. Altogether a lovely stay!

Brilliant location overlooking the harbour. The flat was well equipped and the kitchen/dinning/lounge was nice and roomy. The bedroom was a bit tight but was fine. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

In my opinion this apartment is in the best spot in Cassis. There is so much to see, with the fishing and tourists boats coming and going, and the view back over the boat harbour, restaurants and then up to the Chateau on the hill. This apartment has all the essentials is clean and tidy with good security. It’s close to Plage du Bestouan and the Calanque’s. We loved every minute of it. Thank you Jean.

This apartment is perfect for a couple who would like to be near all the shops and restaurants, and have an amazing third-floor view of the entire Harbor and magestic Cap Caneille. Everything was as stated, and in working condition - by the way, no spaces on the Wi-Fi password, to pass a few tries, but we figured it out. Fairly close National Park entrance as well. We enjoyed having wine and playing cards on the balcony a few times and it doesn’t get much better than that.

We enjoyed our stay! This little apt is located in a great location with wonderful view. Very convenient to walk to all the Restaurants and activities. The large sliding glass door and the little balcony is perfect to relax and watch the beautiful view. The manger was very nice and even though there was language barrier they were helpful. The place needs some upgrade and specifically the balcony needs some cleaning. The bathroom towels were so old that they had wholes in them. I think if they put a little effort and little money this place can be really amazing!

We have spent 6 days at this Appartement. It fits perfectly for a family of 4. the extra bedroom for the Kids is a plus. The Appartement overlooks the Harbour and is in the middle of everything. Nevertheless it is quite in the bedrooms to get a good sleep. We would definetly Book here again when we come back to Cassis.

The position of the apartment, overlooking the harbour and the surrounding hills, is excellent and it is only a few minutes' walk from all the amenities. Cassis is also a good base from which to visit Marseille and the nearby countryside. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

I’ve been to Cassis many times and had family live in this building so know it well. The view, of course, is primo. The balcony is perfect for those warm nights. The apartment is just enough for two adults and maybe two young ones but would be very tight with 4 big people. Very clean and functional. Large sliding doors make apartment feel bigger. Very basic amenities provided but your not here to stay in the apartment the whole time. Perfect spot for seeing Cassis in all its glory.

What a view!

What a view!

Just above the waterfront with great views of boats coming in and out of the harbor. It’s about 3-4 minutes to walk to all the waterfront shops and eateries. We especially appreciated that the apartment had windows and sliders on 3 sides allowing the cooling breeze to flow thru the apartment. The configuration of the tiny second bedroom and the shower wasn’t perfect but for just two of us we got used to it

This small third floor walk up apartment is located at the mouth of the port with a huge sliding glass door view of the Cap Canaille and Cassis. The deck area is small, the table seats three at most. The apartment would work for a couple with two children. Four adults should be very friendly. It is hard to interpret the layout from the pictures. The apartment opens to a small passage with a counter looking into a very small kitchen. The water closet is immediately next to the front door (very small, my knees all but hit the door when it was closed). The kitchen had a good size fridge, a microwave, two burner electric stove, electric kettle and coffee maker. An electric grill would have been a nice addition. Just past the water closet is the door to the back bedroom with a double bed and small deck overlooking the street. passing through the bedroom you get to the sink and shower room (also a washing machine). Sharing a wall with the bedroom and between it and the living room is a very small room (converted washer space?) with two bunkbeds (think submarine feel). A very narrow door leads to the same bathroom area. The best room is the living room area with a couch/pull out bed, chair and table, and dinner table for four with the fabulous view of the Cap. The single small air conditioner is high on the wall over the table. It works well, but you need to keep the doors to the bed areas open. The breeze can be good, but is inconsistent. We had 95 degree days. The pull out bed mattress is too thin, making it unusable (we tried, thinking we would sleep in the living room to make better use of the AC). The apartment was lightly stocked. We purchased our essentials. The port are can be noisy at night, but the apartment was well insulated. Overall, we are very happy with the location and set up for the two of us. Great value, we would rent again.

The views from this apartment are outstanding. To get the best photographs of Cassis you have to stay here. The sea cliff, sky and sea seen through the picture window while sat in the lounge was brilliant. The apartment is in a residential block and would benefit from some tlc. The main communal front door lock was difficult to open. Our first day a resident let us in using an electronic key fob. Since the lock was difficult it would have been good to have a key fob.

We were very happy with this location. Jean took great care of us when we need anything and was always prompt and responsive when we had questions. The location is perfect if you want to be near the harbor (and why wouldn't you?). We took in all the activities, including a boat 1.5 hour boat ride (I recommend only an hour), and local restaurants. Great time!

The overall property is kind of a weird layout and gets quite loud at night with the windows slamming from the sea breeze. However, we rented it for the view and location and it did not disappoint. You’re 2 minutes walking from the port, and about five from Bestouan beach, which is rocky but also incredibly beautiful. And, Suzanne, who checked us out, very kindly drove us to the train station when we left because we couldn’t get a taxi or Uber. Thank you, Mr Nalin, for a lovely five days in Cassis!

Susana greeted us at the apartment and was just delightful. The front entrance is from the street behind the waterfront and you do have to carry your bags up a couple of flights of stairs. All worth it when you open the front door into a spacious lounge / kitchen area with glass sliding doors onto the balcony. The views are spectacular and the balcony big enough to take advantage of them. The double bedroom is spacious but the bathroom and separate toilet room are tiny with a bit of updating needed. Two bunk beds are in a separate 'corridor' and ok for children. The kitchen provides all the necessary utensils/plates/cutlery you need to self cater. There were no 'pantry' items provided. The provision of a few small necessities would have been appreciated eg new dishwashing sponge and detergent, a courtesy package of sachets coffee/tea/milk. Its not always easy for travellers to grocery shop immediately on arrival. But these are just small things. Its a fabulous apartment with unbeatable views. We'd book again in a heartbeat!

Suzanna met us and she was very nice. The coffee maker did not work but she brought us another one. The beds are OK. There was no toilet tissue, no dishwashing liquid, no kitchen towel. The LOUD music from the yacht club was horrible every night until extremely late. This apartment is certainly not fancy but the view is spectacular.
