Great location. Just needed a few more essentials.

Great location. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils. Spacious living area and good to have 2 toilets. Had some tea and sugar, etc. which was good.

The table cloth didn’t look like it had been washed since the previous tenants. We ran out of toilet paper on the morning we left. There was not enough toilet paper for 4 of us for 3 nights. Paper towel would have been good. Only had one hand towel for 2 bathroom sinks.

Great location

150m from the port and restaurant etc....

Not a deal breaker, and we knew there was no lift when booking, so it's only a learning point for us. We had a baby and a stroller and would probably look for a place with a lift next time.

Good location, free parking, very big living room with balcony, useful kitchen equipments with all needed materials, smart tv with Netflix (you need to login with your own account). Professional concierge.

Parking area is limited, no lift, no air conditioning (ventilators exist).

Geräumige und helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Sehr gute Lage nahe der Altstadt und des Hafens. Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Südbalkon.

Abholung der Schlüssel an anderem Ort ohne einfache Haltemöglichkeit ist umständlich. Nächtliche Geräusche durch Verkehr und Kirche sind für empfindliche Menschen störend. Mit Ohropax geht es aber ganz gut.

Sehr schöne, große Ferienwohnung am Rande der Fußgängerzone

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Nordende der Fußgängerzone. Sie ist sehr groß und perfekt auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht einschließlich Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist gut beschrieben und damit problemlos.

Für internationale Kunden wäre es sicherlich hilfreich, wenn die Beschreibung zur Schlüsselübergabe und die sonstigen Informationen auf der website nicht nur in Französisch sondern auch in Englisch wären.

Proche de tout, spacieux, tb equipé, parking privé

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Le logement est très spacieux, la place de parking privée au pied de l’immeuble est précieuse. L’appartement est bien équipé et tous les petits produits à quoi on s’attend pour quelques jours étaient là : sel, pastille lave vaisselle, café , pq, savon, linge de maison… Salle de bain très récente apparemment avec très grande douche et baignoire. L’emplacement à 3 min chrono du port, à plat, est très appréciable car Cassis est tout en montées. Boucherie en face très sympa, ce qui ne gâche rien.

S’il faut dire quelque chose, peut être rajouter une serviette supplémentaire par personne pour les cheveux.

Bon séjour à Cassis, dans un chouette appartement méritant une prestation plus généreuse

Idéalement situé, l'appartement est confortable avec notamment une vaste pièce à vivre et un grand balcon. Le propriétaire est adorable.

Nous avons été très surpris par la prestation associée à la location... Aucun fond de tiroir (sel, vinaigre, huile...), des consommables en nombre très restreint (deux capsules de lave-linge de piètre qualité, quatre rouleaux de papier toilette, un seul sac poubelle ; pour huit jours à quatre adultes et un enfant). Heureusement, la conciergerie était réactive à chaque demande, mais il est étonnant de devoir demander ce genre de choses ! Par ailleurs, le quartier reste relativement bruyant, même hors saison.

La ubicacion

El anuncio indicaba claramente que los articulos de aseo personal estaban incluidos En cada bano habia un solo rollo de papel higienico empezado Y nuestra estadia era de 7 dias… No se proveyo ni shampoo ni jabon Al requerir estos la respuesta fue que estaban en el departamento y que esto NO era un hotel ( dicho de manera ironica) El jabon liquido estaba por la mitad y rebajado con agua Respecto al estacio namieto se mencionaba que habia cochera incluida pero un par de dias estaba todas ocupadss Nunca nos explicaron que habia un segundo lugar para estacionar En resumen: el departamento en si es aceptable pero la falta de atencion a los detallesbasicos sumada a una comunicacion deficiente y al trato un tanto condescendiente por parte de la empresa administradora de la propiedad nos lleva a concluir wue no volveriamosni recomndamos esta proiedad

appartement très vaste et lumineux. bel équipement cuisine tant au niveau du matériel que de l'électro ménager.

Présence de radiateurs qui ne fonctionnaient pas ! à cette époque de l'année c'est préjudiciable. La climatisation installée ne rend pas le même service. Nous avons eu froid. Literie plus que moyenne; oreillers qui méritent depuis longtemps d'être changés. Couette tachée... produits d''entretien insuffisants.

Bel appartement spacieux, agréable. La pièce à vivre est vraiment parfaite ! L'emplacement du logement est optimal : en 2 minutes, on arrive sur ce magnifique port. La plage est toute proche aussi. Le personnel est facilement joignable et très cordial. WiFi excellent.

Appartement tb agencé, tb équipé (dont clim') et ttb situé, tout accessible à pieds : port, plage, restos, ruelles, tous types de boutiques et supérettes (tout est à 4 minutes)
