Location was fantastic, no climbing up the hill in very hot weather.

Host took over half an hour to arrive with the key. It was very hot and we were very tired, didn’t need the wait as we had let her know when we were 30 minutes away like she asked us too. She didn’t want to help us with tourist information, wasn’t particularly helpful really.

Misleading Advert! Disappointed.

Clean Close to Town

Having stayed in a lot of hotels/apartments over the years with work this was by far the most misleading advert for a place we have ever stayed. The only reason we booked the apartment was because It said ‘Apartment with Sea View’. So we were extremely disappointed when we arrived to find a 4 storey building in between the sea and our view. The second reason we also booked is because the advert said it has a ‘barbecue’, but it doesn’t! It also details that it’s detached but it’s not, it’s an apartment in a block of flats, part of the advert mentions you have a private entrance which you don’t and you share the same communal entrance with all of the other residents. Taking all of the above in to consideration I hope booking.com consider removing this falsified advert from the platform to stop future travellers from being misled.

We booked an apartment with sea view: with big disappointment we find out that this apartment doesn't have a sea view at all.

Spacious, close to the centre

The apartment is not a sea view as advertised, in fact is in complex of flats and it’s only on the first floor, from where you can see a busy car parking. The terrace is huge, and doesn’t have much privacy, as just in front there is other house, from which people can see you when you are on balcony. The terrace has a potential, but could be arranged much better, for example with big plants covering the view of neighbours. The apartment has expensive suppliance, which unfortunately are not properly well taken care of( see picture of mould on the water tap in the bathroom for example). Unfortunately, the contact with the hosts really started our trip badly. The day before our check-in we were asked for £400 cash deposit, which was never mentioned on the booking website. Withdrawing such a big amount of money last minute, which we weren’t prepared for, made us lose big money on exchanging. When we complained about this, we heard back that we don’t have to stay here and if we want we should call the booking. Obviously the details of renting the place out weren’t discussed properly by the owner and booking.com, but why the customers have to sort those issues instead? The whole rudeness from the owner site really did not make worth renting this place. If you are coming for a nice, relaxed holiday, you can find better places for the same money. You don’t want to go through arguments with the rude owners on your holiday.

Non era pulitissimo , e dal bagno c è un odore da muffa molto forte . Lo sgabuzzino e’ sporco e disordinato pieno di oggetti accumulati .

we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad maar kon beter

Perfecte locatie, dichtbij het centrum van Cassis. Te voet ben je op 5 minuten aan de haven. Supermarkt is ook op enkele minuten, na stevige klim. Idyllisch uitzicht vanaf het terras. Op zich wel proper appartement, maar mist gezelligheid en sfeer.

Op zich was er niet echt iets tekort, maar het appartement had zeker opfrissing nodig. Bijvoorbeeld schuifraam sluit niet meer, luifel was vastgeroest, tuinstoelen buiten waren versleten en kussens waren gescheurd, je hebt een gigantisch terras met prachtig uitzicht maar er staan geen zeteltjes om daarvan te kunnen genieten. Binnentafel en stoelen waren goedkope tuinstoelen, zeteltje in slaapkamer zat vol vlekken. Berging was een rommelhok.
